The sports event for amateur athletes is a successful combination of boot camp sequences, mental coaching and steeplechase.
The organisers are professional fitness and mental trainers, supporting the participants of The Challenge South Tyrol the whole day long at all activities.
In fact, the event is not a sports challenge. Each participant fight against him or herself and his or her limits. As well, he has the possibility to choose for himself, how far he or she would like to go. The event is made for all sports lovers, beginners or pros, who would like to grow personally and who love challenges.
Participant package, a joint lunch as well as the certificate ceremony and cosy get-together afterwards are on the plan as well. The participation in The Challenge South Tyrol is subject to a fee. Registration is required.
