Excellent property, modern rooms, top-notch cuisine, heated pools and spa, and a games room. Everything was great!

Reviewing this vacation is very difficult... difficult in the sense that there are no words to describe how satisfying it was, one of the best vacations I've ever had! Everything was PERFECT, from the welcome upon our arrival with a welcome drink (where everything was explained to us in great detail, from breakfast to snacks to dinner, as well as how the spa works) to our departure, which was a day later than scheduled in our reservation... because we had such a wonderful time! The room, all in wood with a very functional bathroom and a lovely terrace overlooking the mountains, perfectly matched the one pictured on the website. Not too small, but not too big either, just right for us and our little dog, who was given a little corner with welcome biscuits, a water bowl, and a beautiful blanket. For meals (breakfast and dinner), we enjoyed a very quiet table at the bar since we had our dog, who quickly became a mascot for the wait staff. For snacks (which we only had on the last day), we had a table in front of the fireplace, truly magical. The music (a mix of German, which I love, and Italian) accompanying dinner on Tuesday was very welcome. Breakfast was EXCELLENT, with a well-stocked buffet of savory items (including freshly cooked eggs) and sweets. Snack, as mentioned, was only had once, also well-stocked and included an excellent tomato soup. Dinner would require a whole chapter to describe the many delicacies; The buffet appetizers (very well stocked), choice of two soups, one first course, choice of three second courses, one dessert (Thursday was a buffet), and even the weekly dumplings for those who wanted them. We ate them two different ways, both excellent. It's a shame they didn't have them in broth, which we love. As mentioned, ALL the dishes on the five evenings (of which I've attached photos from each evening) were excellent, not one dish was "so-so." All deserved top marks, especially for the gourmet-style presentation (the plating, but not the quantities, which were OK). Let's conclude with the spa. We opted for the "family" area, where we could stay in our swimsuits. The Finnish sauna was very nice, where we were always alone (only once with four of us, but very comfortable). The Turkish bath was equally nice, seating four. EVERYTHING IS VERY CLEAN. As for the pools, the indoor one is "warm" at around 32/33C, while the outdoor one is warmer at around 35C. There's also a beautiful relaxation area with excellent hot herbal teas, which are always a treat, and some excellent local apples. Free parking is available in front of and around the facility, and it's very easy to find. It's hard to find the typical "nitpick," but if we really have to find one, I would have liked the pool water to be a little warmer, especially the outdoor one—let's say around the typical 38C you'd find in Bavarian spas. It's also nice to have them open longer, perhaps until 11:00 PM, because a nice hot bath after dinner—we honestly would have loved that!!! Best place to relax

A very nice hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The wellness area is new and of high quality. The breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires, and the afternoon snack is very plentiful and varied. The evening menu is very good, with three dishes to choose from. There's something for everyone, and if not, a solution is found for the guest. Regarding the quality and taste of the skewers, I would just like to say that I found them very tasty and high-quality. Overall, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The location is very beautiful and quiet, and the cable car is easily accessible, about a 15-minute walk away. Hiking trails can be started directly from the hotel. I will definitely spend a few days there again.

Always fantastic. Excellent childcare, attentive service, and a great outdoor area. Plus, a trampoline hall with ValoJump. We'll definitely be back! Special thanks to the kids' club for letting our Pia "participate"!

A fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting! From the rooms to the grounds to the wellness area, the hotel shines with style, cleanliness, and charm. You walk in the door and immediately feel at home – thanks in no small part to the truly wonderful, warm, and attentive staff. The food is also definitely in a class of its own! We were so impressed, we'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended :-).
