Our Egger Apartments & Suites are located at the entrance to Villanders above Klausen. We await you in an exceptionally sunny spot in the heart of the Eisacktal Valley, with a fantastic view of the Dolomites and warm hospitality, so that you feel completely at home.

Whether small and cosy or spacious with a roof terrace – here you will find exactly the right apartment for your holiday, always with a fantastic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. Here you have space to feel at home. In summer, the outdoor pool invites you to take a refreshing break and relax in the sun. Bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes, free parking at the house. Small pets are welcome in the annex on request. Start the day relaxed with fine regional breakfast delicacies, browse through our GENUSS corner in between, or let yourself be pampered in the surrounding restaurants in the evening. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory – the main thing is enjoyment.

Even after the renovation... the warm hospitality, the great view, and the cozy atmosphere remain. Breakfast is still up to its usual high standard; it’s a bit of a shame that Mama Rosa isn’t cooking anymore—she’s enjoying her well-deserved “restless retirement” ;-) I’ve been coming here for many years and will remain a loyal guest as long as things keep going this way. We received a very warm welcome at this wonderful house, which is modernly furnished and offers a fantastic view. We had everything we needed; the staff always checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our week there, right from the very first second.

We spent a week at Hotel Egger in September. You feel right at home from the moment you check in. Thomas then took us straight to our room and explained a few details to us. He also gave us detailed tips on the local area, so we were able to start our activities right away. The hotel itself was renovated in 2025. Everything is new and of very high quality. We felt very comfortable in Villanders and at the Hotel Egger.
