The half board at Cyprianerhof Dolomit Resort takes gourmets on a culinary voyage of discovery – from the rich mountaineers’ breakfast in the morning to the 5-course menu at dinner. Chef Monika Damian, the host family’s daughter, interprets traditional recipes from Tiers in a new way., refining them with a pinch of Mediterranean lightness. Sports and ski lovers can reach the Carezza ski area directly from Hotel Cyprianerhof, with the Tiers cable car. In the surroundings, there are many possibilities for hikes and bike tours as well, and our hotel organises guided tours and special sports activities such as ice climbing or water gymnastics as well.
