It was an all-around perfect vacation! The children were happy, and it wasn't far to the ski resort. Afterwards, the pool and spa were wonderful! The massage treatments were great. The rooms were modern and clean. The food was a highlight every evening.

This was our second visit. There's absolutely nothing to criticize. The family who runs the place is incredibly welcoming; you immediately feel at home. The food is plentiful, truly delicious, and of the highest quality. The spa area is very spacious and beautifully designed, with various saunas and an exceptionally large outdoor pool where you can actually swim. We'll definitely be back!

Our absolute favorite hotel! The friendliness of the staff, the excellent food, and the beautiful hotel grounds – both inside and out – are truly unbeatable! The rooms in the older building are also perfectly fine, especially since they are significantly cheaper. Particularly if you hardly spend any time in your room anyway ;-) We would also like to highlight the exceptionally thorough room cleaning – not only spotless, but always perfectly tidy! The host family is always present, extremely friendly, and very communicative. A hotel we can wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back, hopefully soon ;-)

A very nice hotel. Everything here is perfect. The spa area is fantastic. The food is excellent – ​​both the buffet and the set menu... all very plentiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

I had dinner here with my wife. We were looking for a restaurant and arrived late. Many thanks to the service staff for making it possible for us to have dinner. The food was excellent, and the service was very friendly and attentive. A lovely restaurant and a very lovely hotel.

We discovered the Alpine Spa Resort Viktoria almost by chance, searching online... and it turned out to be one of the most wonderful discoveries ever. From the first moment, we sensed a unique atmosphere, one of care, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Every detail is curated with almost artistic precision: the perfectly arranged plants, the harmonious spaces, the always impeccable pool, the meticulously maintained and relaxing saunas. Everything exudes balance and dedication. The staff is simply extraordinary: smiling, attentive, and genuinely happy to welcome you. It's rare to meet people who work with such passion, and here you truly feel the hand and heart of a family that deeply believes in what they do. The cuisine is a chapter in itself. Refined, refined, and surprising dishes offer a different discovery every day, from the hearty breakfast to dinner, which is a true journey of flavor. Even the midday snack, which to call a "snack" is an understatement, left us speechless. And then... the saunas and the Aufguss Master. An overwhelming experience, almost a spectacle. You find yourself immersed in a ritual of heat, music, and aromas that make you forget the outside world. The Alpine Spa Resort Viktoria is more than just a place to stay: it's an experience that stays in your heart. One of those that, when you leave, you already think about when you'll be able to return.

I had a truly pleasant stay! The restaurant offers excellent quality dishes and the food is delicious, with a special mention for the afternoon snack, which is truly fantastic and carefully prepared. The spa area is beautiful: delicate saunas, clean spaces, and well-maintained and welcoming relaxation areas, perfect for recharging your batteries. The breakfast is good and made with quality ingredients, although the selection of desserts could be a bit more varied. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and all the staff were extremely kind and always available. In short, a relaxing stay, with attention to detail and a warm welcome—highly recommended!
