Welcome to Seaberhof in St. Josef am See!

Our Seaberhof is located in St. Josef am See near Kaltern, among the slopes covered by vineyards and it is the destination for those who like nature and wine. Here you can discover the picturesque and famous South Tyrolean wine route, its wineries and its excellent products. As well, after an adventurous day, a refreshing bath in our pool or in Lake Kaltern is fore sure the best thing.

Relaxed & family-friendly ambience

We offer our guests cosy double and family rooms with balcony as well as a comfortable apartment with living room, TV and safe, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC and 3 balconies. WLAN is available throughout the house. In the morning you can enjoy a rich breakfast with homemade products on the sunny terrace or in the breakfast room. For our younger guests we offer a playground and a playroom with a book corner.

Beautifully located, elevated with views of Lake Kaltern and the vineyards! A good starting point for hikes, as there's a certain elevation! Very friendly owners and their staff, who always strive to please their guests.

This year, we spent wonderful days with the Peterlin family at the Seaberhof, both in spring and fall! We've enjoyed going to Kalter See for years! We felt very comfortable and welcome at the beautiful Seaberhof (with its warm atmosphere!!!) and would love to return. Klaus and Antje Dietrich

A wonderful holiday is drawing to a close. A magnificent room, cleaned daily, with a view of Lake Kaltern, a pool in the garden with sunbathing areas, and a superb breakfast complete the experience. Claudia and Gerhard are always ready to listen, offer helpful tips, and have time for a friendly chat. This was our first time here, and we will definitely be back. Kaltern is easily accessible, as are other places like Bolzano and Merano. Whether by car, public transport, or bicycle, there are fantastic cycle paths here. An absolutely relaxing holiday in beautiful South Tyrol. Many thanks, Ron and Kerstin

Super friendly family. The room was very clean, the chambermaid was very accommodating and always in a good mood, as was everyone else at the hotel. The manager was very helpful with the rental of the bikes. Thanks for the wonderful time, I'll be back!

We were completely satisfied. Great location, excellent room with a large balcony (more like a terrace), delicious breakfast with home-grown apples. Claudia and her husband were super friendly. They anticipated our every need. Heidi, the housekeeper, was always in a good mood and clearly enjoyed her work. We had a wonderful vacation with you. Thank you so much.

A wonderful, family-friendly guesthouse with a fantastic location and stunning views of Lake Kaltern. A delicious breakfast can be enjoyed on the sun terrace. A dip in the natural pool is wonderfully refreshing. Our son was delighted with the children's playground and small toys at the guesthouse. Claudia and Gerhard are incredibly friendly hosts – we would love to come back again.

A lovely, family-friendly guesthouse with a super fresh breakfast overlooking the lake. A great pool and beautiful rooms with a lakeside balcony. Highly recommended. Thank you, the Peterlin family.
