Residence Speckerhof

A beautiful and clean hotel in a beautiful and quiet village. The staff were very wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. A fully equipped hotel with various children's games and animals that the children loved very much. I will repeat the visit. Thank you, Erna and Valentina, for the hospitality.

We had a wonderful week at the Speckerhof with our two young sons (2 and 5 years old) in July 2024! The house and apartments are cozy, clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. We were provided with a baby cot and a highchair free of charge. The kitchenette is quite sparsely equipped with dishes and cutlery, but there is a dishwasher, so that wasn't really a problem. We missed an oven occasionally, but otherwise, the facilities were good! The garden and the stable were a paradise for our city kids. The playhouse, children's tractor, trampoline, swing, etc. were used daily, and our children didn't really want to stay in the house at all. Every day, we petted the cats, fed the rabbits and cows, and visited the animals in the stable. The farmer gave us fresh eggs from the free-roaming chickens several times. Overall, the atmosphere on the farm was very friendly and welcoming. We quickly made contact with other guests and the Oberhofer family's grandchildren. Particularly noteworthy is the great commitment and warmth of the "innkeeper," Mrs. Oberhofer. She is very present with guests, attentive and helpful, has great tips, and is very child-friendly! Thanks to her, we discovered some very beautiful spots in the Jochtal and on the Gitschberg! From the farm, you can walk into town, shop at the small supermarket, get an ice cream, and take the free cable car down to Mühlbach. There are great excursions for families in the surrounding area! We had a fantastic time in September at the Speckerhof farm with the Oberhofer family. The apartments are extremely well-maintained, very clean, and superbly equipped. We've rarely found such a well-equipped kitchen. The farm is in an excellent location, and our daughter loved playing outside in the playground or admiring the animals. The Oberhofer family are excellent hosts and always helped us with excursion tips and any questions we had. The family atmosphere was truly unique and wonderful. We would come back anytime. Excellent and beautiful family hotel with friendly owners. I stayed in the ground floor apartment for five nights. I recommend it to everyone.

This is our second time here and this time for 3 weeks. Erna and her team can't be topped - just super. In my opinion, if you don't feel comfortable here, it's YOURSELF to blame. Thank you Erna for the wonderful holiday and your tips.

A great family farm with a wonderful atmosphere. Very well-kept and beautiful apartments, and the kids have fun playing outside on the farm in the winter after skiing. And in the summer, too, of course... The ski bus stops right on the street, and the Oberhofer family is very friendly, helpful, and always approachable!
