Very comfortable and clean apartment. My family and I stayed in the winter, and I must say we weren't cold at all. A few kilometers from Merano, well connected by bus.

A charming place hidden in a labyrinth of narrow streets between houses. We stayed in one of the apartments, and I can only say it was perfect: clean, tidy, and welcoming. The manager, Astrid, was very kind and friendly upon our arrival and in the following days, even giving us tips for excursions.

Very nice landlady! Easy to find with Google Maps (although a bit hidden in the village of Algund). Nice, clean rooms!

We felt very lucky to find this place for our last two nights of our summer vacation. Large and well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace with sun loungers, and a kitchen with everything you need. And with a view of the mountains - what more could you want? Astrid was incredibly nice and had a lot of good tips for places we could go. And she replied very quickly. Her service was beyond the ordinary. The apartment is well located with the possibility to walk to various restaurants/pools etc., and otherwise it is also possible to use the bus for free as part of the guest pass that you get when booking the apartment (and which also gives free access to a lot of other things - including cable cars) We will definitely return sometime!

Astrid: she gave us attention and was available to show us all the opportunities of the place, clean and comfortable apartment, the garden available to the apartment is a real gem, worth it!!

We spent 9 wonderful and peaceful days/nights at Haus Elke in May 2025 and felt completely at home. Astrid was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was comfortably furnished and spacious. The cleanliness deserves special mention. Numerous excursion options in the stunningly beautiful Vinschgau Valley. Free South Tyrol Guest Pass for regional bus service. We would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable. The hostess, Astrid, is very welcoming. The fresh bread delivery service in the morning was a great bonus.

Apartment rentals with heart! Hostess: Astrid was an absolute stroke of luck for us! She manages the apartments with a great deal of love and warmth. She is always available for questions, whether in person or by phone. No matter the request, she has the perfect solution for everything and cares for her guests with all her heart. She made our vacation an absolute highlight with her great recommendations. Apartments: Very clean! Fully equipped kitchenette with new appliances and everything you need. Dishcloths and everything else for the first few days, such as dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, etc., are provided. Large terrace or balcony with a view of the mountains. Everything is very tidy and in mint condition. The small "Späti" in the hallway provides cold drinks and small snacks. We changed our towels in between – no problem at all. The breakfast at the neighboring Hotel Tahlguter and the bread roll service (we tried both) were also excellent. We were able to park right in front of the house. Our dog was also warmly welcomed. We experienced a diverse range of guests – from solo travelers to couples, small groups, and families. Overall, the entire accommodation was very clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend it. If you're looking for an apartment with great service in Algund (the most beautiful place around Merano in our opinion – perfect location for all activities in and around Merano), this is the place for you. We'd love to come back :-)
