Holiday apartments, garden with pool & more

Our cozy, newly renovated holiday apartments offer unforgettable holidays in South Tyrol. In addition to a well-maintained garden, our house will feature a pool and a free underground garage starting in spring 2025. We provide everything from baby cots to high chairs to make your family holiday as comfortable as possible. During the summer, we host weekly social barbecue evenings.

Experience the Meran holiday region

Exciting destinations await you near our residence, including Meran and Bozen with their charming old towns and cultural landmarks, just a 20-minute drive away. Residence Alpina in Tisens is also an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in the Texel Group Nature Park. A visit to Lake Kaltern, Lake Montiggl, and the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle is highly recommended. With the Südtirol Guest Pass, our guests enjoy free access to public transportation.

We spent the night at the Residence Alpina and were very pleased. The rooms were very clean and cozy, with comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully designed for guests' convenience, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was a great place for a relaxing getaway—it's a shame we only stayed one night!

We spent three nights enjoying the comfort of Nadine's truly beautiful and lovingly designed apartment no. 6. Everything was there, super clean, and plenty of space. We loved the outdoor area with the pool. The only downside is the lack of signage. After the redesign, the entrance was relocated, which is a bit tricky to find (through the garage). And as a non-athlete, I found the three floors from the underground garage to the apartment challenging. I saw it as a quick fix. Thank you for this absolutely peaceful time

A really nice apartment. Tisens is always worth a visit. The climate there is much more pleasant than down in Merano.

Beautiful apartment, completely new and equipped with every comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Just a stone's throw from Merano and the mountains, we recommend hiking up Monte Luco, challenging but stunning.
