Hotel & Residence Johanneshof

We stayed at the Johanneshof for the first time with friends who are regular guests, and it certainly won't be the last. A highly recommended place! We had a one-room studio on the upper floor of the Residence, equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, combined living/sleeping/dining area, and a shower. We were also able to use the amenities of the adjacent hotel, including the pool and the delicious hotel breakfast (for an extra charge, but only if actually used). The entire complex is quiet and clean, there is ample parking in the courtyard, and the building is conveniently located between two bus stops on the Merano-Lana line, each just a five-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi with good quality and a bar for an evening drink are available. In addition to the outdoor pool, there is an indoor jacuzzi for guests, and a small sauna area is planned. What made our stay particularly special was the exceptionally friendly service from our hosts. The "family-run" atmosphere was evident not only as a guest but also as someone who quickly made us feel almost like a temporary member of the family. Anyone looking for a lovely hotel or a cozy holiday apartment in a central yet quiet location at a fair price will be very satisfied here. We certainly were. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This was our second time here, and I highly recommend it. The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily and are always spotless. The pool is a good size, and there's also a fantastic whirlpool. The breakfast is more than adequate for everyone, and you can even get scrambled or fried eggs upon request. The iced coffee was also noticeably better than last time. I only have one small suggestion: the Wi-Fi signal at the pool could be stronger. Perhaps a Wi-Fi extender could be installed. I highly recommend this place; we'll definitely be back!

We spent 10 very nice days with 6-8 people in the house of Johanneshof.

Small but perfectly formed. It was very nice and personal there. There wasn't much in the village itself. You can't get far without a car.

We spent a week at Johanneshof with our little Labrador at the end of May, and it was perfect. The apartments were very clean and well-maintained, and the owners were incredibly attentive and caring towards their guests. Many thanks to the Torggler family for the wonderful holiday, and we'll be back!

A beautiful hotel, furnished with great attention to detail. A very pleasant atmosphere, with friendly and competent answers to many questions. Child-friendly yet quiet and family-friendly.

The hotel is simply beautiful. The service is excellent and the ambiance is wonderful. Children are also catered for. A fantastic pool right next to the hotel.

If hospitality and moments of well-being have a name, it's Johanneshof. My son and I spent a wonderful week there with wonderful hosts and friends. We lacked nothing. I highly recommend this hotel.
