Welcome to Landhaus Heinrich in Kaltern!

In an area surrounded by orchards and vineyards and in a Mediterranean atmosphere, you will find our villa, the ideal place to spend pleasant days of relax at any time of year! Our house offers its guests a covered terrace and a large garden with whirlpool, sun loungers, tables and chairs, ideal for sunbathing surrounded by palm trees. Here you can spend pleasure hours in the company of family and friends.

Apartments & garden with hot tub

You can stay in cosy apartments of various sizes, one with a balcony and one with a terrace, equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, linen and towels, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, radio, safe, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. You will find all the peace and rest you dream of. A fresh bread and beverage delivery service is also available upon request. Parking is available in the garage or in the car park in front of the building.

Between excursions, dips in Lake Kaltern and cultu

The surroundings of our property allow you to enjoy various outdoor activities, including hiking in spring, swimming in Lake Caldaro or Lake Monticolo from May onwards, chestnut festivals in autumn, visits to the wine museum or local wineries, a ride on the Mendola funicular railway, mountain biking and hiking in the Dolomites, visits to the city of Bolzano, the Ötzi museum or the natural history museum. In Caldaro, a convenient shuttle service runs throughout the day, connecting your holiday resort with Lake Caldaro and the main excursion destinations in the area.

Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeber, immer einen Tipp oder Ratschläge parat, helfen einem immer. Der wunderschöne Garten mit dem unbeschreiblichen Blick auf die Berge muss man erlebt haben. Können das Landhaus Heinrich unbedenklich weiterempfehlen!

Perfect holiday at Heinrich's house. Great location, central for all day trips, close to Lake Kaltern (gorgeous swimming lake!!) Apartment very clean and modern - beautiful garden and very friendly hosts who are always there if you have a question - we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this house.

The Ambach family is very warm and friendly. This was our first time here and we immediately felt welcome. Heinrich (the owner) and Kathrin provide helpful tips about the surrounding area (excursions, hiking routes, and restaurant recommendations) and are always available to help with any needs. It is always important to them that we are well-being. The family also loves animals; our dog Casper quickly felt at home. The family's beautiful property leaves nothing to be desired. Here, we were able to enjoy the breathtaking landscape around Kaltern from the picturesque garden. We stayed in the top-floor apartment with a winter garden. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and simply comfortable. From the winter garden, we had a beautiful view of the Mendel Pass. Here, we enjoyed a relaxing end to the evening with delicious house wine. We would love to come back and thank our hosts for the unforgettable and relaxing time.

The hosts are very friendly. They give you tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. Our apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. It's a 5-minute walk to the center. We are very happy and satisfied here and can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mitten im Ort in zentraler Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig und per Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr schöne Wohnungen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
