The cosy rooms and spacious family rooms offer TV, telephone, bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer, a hall-stand and a balcony with wonderful view of the South Tyrolean mountains. The family rooms provide furthermore a berth for kids with bunk bed. In Family Hotel Stegerhaus you can find also a heated outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a solarium. For our little guests we offer a children’s playground and a playroom.

Hiking trails, ski runs & culinary pleasures

Family Hotel Stegerhaus is the best starting point for hiking and mountain bike tours through the Zillertaler Alps, the Nature Park Rieserferner-Ahrn and der wonderful nature of Ahrntal Valley in summer. Many family friendly skiing resorts, cross-country ski runs, toboggan runs and snowshoe hikes are waiting for you in winter.

Noi siamo stati bene. Persone cordiali e sempre disponibili. Spazi adeguati. La sala giochi e lo spazio esterno sono molto utili.

Ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraße, sehr sauberes renoviertes Haus mit Aufzug, hervorragende Küche. Hier geht man auch auf Sonderwünsche der Gäste ein, besonders wichtig für Allergiker. Freundliches und immer kompetentes Personal, verkehrsgünstig, bis zum Bus nur ca. 5 Minuten, Getränke von 10 Uhr bis 21 Uhr inklusive, bei den ansonsten astronomischen Getränkepreisen in der Gastronomie sehr erfreulich für die Urlaubskasse. Erneuter Besuch ist fest eingeplant!

Trotz unserer anfänglichen Bedenken bezüglich des Weggangs der Fam. Stolzlechner (Hervorragender Koch und absolut gutes Essen, herzliche Ex-Chefin) haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Stegerhaus verbracht. Das gesamte Personal war absolut freundlich und immer bereit, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Abendessen hat wenig an seiner hohen Qualität verloren, trotzdem noch auf sehr gutem Niveau (ein großes Lob an die Küche). Das Frühstücksbuffet war an den ersten beiden Tagen etwas dürftig, danach aber ausreichend gut mit reichlich Auswahl. Der schöne Pool sorgte bei sehr heißem Wetter für eine gute Abkühlung. Insgesamt war es wieder ein schöner Urlaub im Stegerhaus und wir werden sicherlich (zum 8. mal) wiederkommen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrten. Mit dem Ferienpass kann man sämtliche Busse, Bahnen und die beiden Seilbahnen nutzen. Die beiden Seilbahnen allerdings nur in der Vorsaison bis Ende Juni. Das Essen war sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr gut .Das Hotel hatte einen kostenlosen Pool, der beheizbar war , was nach Wanderungen Entspannung bot.
