Hotel Sonnenheim

Our family-run Hotel Sonnenheim is located in the mountain village of Hafling and impresses with a dreamlike panoramic position above Meran. The fresh mountain air at 1,300 m of altitude, the flowering alpine meadows and the pleasant silence – all of this enchants our guests together with sincere South Tyrolean hospitality: Here, you will enjoy relaxing, varied and wonderful days close to nature.

For your stay, you can choose between hotel rooms and the apartments in our Residence Sonnbichl. The spacious rooms are equipped with shower and WC, hairdryer, balcony with panoramic view, safe, telephone, WLAN and satellite TV. Our three spacious apartments are located only a few steps from the hotel and can be booked with bread service or half board. They offer any comfort and offer a south-facing terrace, a large garden as well as parking lots in the indoor garage. Thanks to much space and flexibility, the apartments are ideal well-being homes for families.

The sunny plateau surrounding our hotel does not only offer a breath-taking view from the Dolomites to the Ortler Group, but invites to go hiking, biking, riding and to explore other activities at any season too. Afterwards, our big and small guests will be able to relax in our wellness area. Here, you are offered a spa for families and another for adults only, each spa with a sauna and a steam bath – as well as an indoor pool with whirlpool and panoramic sunbathing lawn. In our hotel, you will experience a very special familiar atmosphere. The daughters of the house will take personally care of you during guided hikes, in the wellness area and at the reception.
