Vitaurina Royal Hotel

We were delighted to be able to spend a long weekend here because we were truly lucky: booking at very short notice, we got a fantastic family room with a huge balcony. The late arrival wasn't a problem, and Karin and her team surprised us and the children with a warm dinner despite the late hour. Very sweet! We felt very comfortable, the location is top-notch. A great, quiet hotel, even for families with small children. We'd love to come back!

I spent a wonderful week at the Vitaurina Royal Hotel in the picturesque Aurina Valley, for the second time, and I must say it was a wonderful confirmation once again! In short, if you're looking for a place that combines family warmth, attention to detail, exemplary cleanliness, and a relaxed mountain atmosphere... the Vitaurina Royal Hotel is truly a guarantee. It's like being at home, but with a view of the Dolomites. Thank you so much, Karin and Klaus, and all the staff! It's always a pleasure to return!

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The location was excellent, the rooms were well-maintained and clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back.

What can I say? Excellent location for exploring the Aurina Valley, in a quiet village and very close to a wonderful children's playground, just a couple of supermarkets away. The hotel offers many amenities, including a wellness center with spa and indoor pool, a playroom for children of all ages, and a restaurant where, with half-board, we enjoyed an excellent and varied breakfast and an always impeccable dinner with a buffet of appetizers, a choice of first and second courses, dessert, and fruit. Sandwiches can be prepared for lunch (for a fee). They were extremely attentive to the younger children (our daughter was 18 months old), both in preparing their food (chosen from the special menu, or following specific instructions from the parents for soups and baby food), in providing a high chair at the table if needed, and in the kindness of the staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The owners were truly kind and helpful. Excellent value for money! We'll be back!

Very clean hotel, good food, friendly and attentive staff. It's a shame about the services. The pool can't close at 6:30 PM in the summer. The water is too cold. We asked to raise the temperature, but they say it's 30 degrees. Dinner was also served at 7:30 PM at the latest. These times might be fine in the winter, but in the summer, they're truly ridiculous.

I found this hotel while looking for accommodations for my family, including our Labrador. Mr. Klaus was very kind and responsive to all our questions and needs, even over the phone. It's one of the few hotels that welcomes large dogs without a problem. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and courteously. They gave us our room earlier than the agreed-upon time and surprised us with an upgrade. The lobby is welcoming and very quaint. The room is spacious, simply, functionally, and tastefully furnished. There's no bidet in the bathroom, but they were thoughtful enough to let us know in advance, so we were prepared (and it's not always easy to be notified). The closet had plenty of space, with three large doors and plenty of depth, so I could easily organize our things. There was room for the dog's bed. A lovely balcony, which our dog enjoyed throughout our stay. A spacious refrigerator. Comfortable beds, with sparkling white, fragrant sheets. Bathroom linens are changed daily without having to request them. Bathrobes and slippers are available for the spa. Breakfast and dinner are amazing, with tasty dishes, prepared without overdoing it, plentiful, and varied. The appetizer buffet is always varied and offers a wide variety of choices. They have several dining rooms, so dog owners can choose to be seated in the room reserved for dog owners. All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and always smiling. Nothing is ever a problem. The covered garage has large, long spaces (we have an SUV/swap that's almost 6 meters long, and it fit perfectly in the parking lots). The spa/pool/wellness area is a gem, where you can relax and rejuvenate. The hotel's location is a gem: a small village where nothing is lacking, yet at the same time, there's a unique tranquility. The center is a five-minute walk away. The Aurina Valley is green, fresh, and well-organized, offering hikes for those who are more fit but also for those who enjoy walking without difficulty. Throughout the entire holiday, wherever we went, we always found such kindness, courtesy, helpfulness, and smiles. I highly recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week, from July 20th to 27th, at the Vitaurina Royal Hotel in the tranquil Aurina Valley and couldn't have been more satisfied. We were two couples and stayed in two separate double rooms, both of which were impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the extraordinary hospitality of the family who runs the hotel, especially Karin and Klaus, and the entire staff. Each member of staff was always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our every need, making our experience even more enjoyable. Cleanliness is another absolute highlight: the rooms and all common areas were always spotless and meticulously maintained. The cuisine deserves special mention. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicacies, perfect for starting the day. Dinners were a true pleasure: a rich appetizer buffet followed by three courses served at the table (drinks not included), always exquisite and carefully prepared. The wellness center is a true oasis of relaxation: saunas, a Turkish bath, a Kneipp path, relaxation rooms, a whirlpool, and an indoor pool where you can recharge. There's also a herbal tea corner and a well-equipped gym. Massages are available upon reservation and for a fee, a worthwhile extra. The hotel's location is ideal: in a quiet village in the Aurina Valley, it offers the peace and quiet you desire but is also well-served by public transportation. Thanks to the Guest Card, we were able to take advantage of punctual and frequent buses, making it easy to explore the valley. The hotel also offers bicycles (subject to availability), which can be reserved in the morning and kept for the entire day, an excellent option for scenic excursions. There's also a designated smoking area. Another aspect we greatly appreciated is the availability of activity suggestions with various associations in the valley, or the opportunity to explore independently with valuable tips and suggestions directly from the hotel. This is our second year at the Vitaurina Royal Hotel, and we confirm our initial impression: it's an excellent place. We couldn't find anything to improve; the hotel is a model of hospitality and quality. We would highly recommend the Vitaurina Royal Hotel to all types of travelers: couples, families, friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing stay with high-quality services and an authentic family atmosphere in the mountains. We can't wait to return!

This is my third year at Vitaurina. The hospitality is always top-notch. The waiters are always friendly and helpful. The owners, Karin and Karl, are wonderful. My only regret was having to go home! Time flies at Vitaurina!
