The four-star Hotel Kristall - Kronplatz Resort is located at an altitude of 1,350 m in Geiselsberg, in the Pustertal Valley, in a strategic position: directly on the ski slopes of Kronplatz. It is a true Ski In-Ski Out hotel, ideal for those who want to put on their skis just outside the hotel. The privileged location, together with a panoramic setting between the Dolomites, makes our hotel perfect for both mountain lovers in winter and hiking and biking enthusiasts in summer.

Rooms, cuisine and wellness: relaxation and taste

The rooms and suites feature a modern style with Alpine influences, some with balcony and mountain view. Catering includes ¾ board, with buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and gourmet dinner. The in-house bar/café is perfect for a relaxing break. The wellness area is an oasis of tranquillity with a panoramic swimming pool and jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam bath, solarium and terrace - ideal for rejuvenating after a day outdoors. Massages, facial and body treatments, beauty farm, manicure and pedicure complete the offer.

Activities & environs: mountains in any season

In winter, Mt. Kronplatz offers 119 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty, ski school, rentals, cross-country skiing and impressive snowshoeing. In summer, the area is a paradise for hikers, bikers and motorcyclists. The hotel offers 15 guided hikes per week and bike tours with free bike hire or discounted e-bike hire, bike storage with charging stations. In addition, with the Kronplatz Guest Pass our guests are entitled to various discounts and can use public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.

A 4-star hotel in a wonderful location, with beautiful rooms and a stunning view and impeccable service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The 3/4 board option with afternoon snack is excellent. High-quality dishes are available for those staying on full board, including a vegetable buffet, cheese, a choice of first and second courses, and desserts, along with an appetizer chosen by the chef. A hotel with a wellness center available to guests, a Turkish bath, sauna, ice fountain, and a panoramic whirlpool. Trips and visits to mountain pastures can be organized. What more could you ask for than spending at least three days in total wellness? An excellent hotel any time of year.

Great hotel, the entire staff, from the housekeeping staff, service, reception, and the manager, was very friendly. Plenty of breakfast, and in the evenings, several courses, including a gala dinner. I chose the hotel because of the guided hikes of varying difficulty. Great guides For me, the 7-day vacation was a top-notch one. Many thanks to the entire Kristall team. This hotel is exceptional. The breakfast buffet, from freshly squeezed juice to fresh fruit and South Tyrolean sausage and cheese specialties, provides everything you need for a day in the mountains. The daily three-quarter board in the afternoon always invites you to indulge in the culinary and salad buffet. There's also always a hot dish available. For dinner, we can only say it was excellent. The creativity in the kitchen knows no bounds here. We would love to come back with our dog. He also had his own mat and drinking bowl in the room. We had a panoramic room with a full-length window. You can see the mountains directly from the bed.

A thoroughly perfect vacation with our dog! Excellent breakfast buffet, including freshly squeezed juices. A great wellness area with a pool and three very spacious saunas. The different themes of the evening menus were wonderful. The staff was very warm, friendly, and courteous. We would return anytime.

Our stay at the Kristall Hotel was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, the structure was perfect, and the management was perfect. What impressed us most of all was the refined cuisine, always varied and balanced, as well as the organization and courtesy of the staff... We will definitely be back as soon as possible

We stayed here at the beginning of September from Saturday (8 days) to Sunday. We, that is, the parents with their son-in-law and daughter. The rooms are functional and modernly furnished, including a hiking backpack provided by the hotel. And we wanted to go hiking ;o) Everyone here is super friendly, and it's easy to change hikes at short notice. I'd like to highlight Katia and our little hike to the "Barmer Hütte." An unforgettable experience. I can highly recommend the guided tours with the professional mountain guides. Next time, though, we'll have to climb a 3,000-meter peak :o) To relax afterward, head to the very modern, beautiful sauna! The dinner is out of this world; what they conjure up every day is simply amazing. The truly hearty breakfast, with freshly squeezed juice, is a perfect start to the day. You simply drive home happy and satisfied (and a little sad because the week went by so quickly). This was our first time here, and our children's second. And we'll be back! I'd like to take a moment to review this paradise, to clear up any doubts for anyone thinking of staying here. DO IT! - Strategic location, allowing for easy access to all the best attractions. - Rooms equipped with every comfort, including a hiking backpack, slippers, etc. - Very well-equipped spa facilities and maximum attention to hygiene throughout the hotel. - Special mention goes to the food: In addition to the generous and well-stocked breakfast and snack buffets, the real highlight is dinner, where you'll find dishes worthy of a truly Michelin-starred restaurant, culminating in exquisite desserts. Congratulations to the Erlacher family for what they've created, and thank you for making our stay wonderful and unforgettable.
