A wonderful experience, a warm welcome from the staff, the room I booked exceeded all my expectations, beautiful, cozy, and clean. Countless services included and available for a fee. Covered parking, amazing view complete with a balcony for those like me who smoke cigarettes. The 3/4 service is excellent, the dinners are 5-star, I would say, and the buffets are really inviting. Such good service that I was sorry to have to leave.

Great location, close to lots of hiking trails. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The food was excellent, from breakfast to dinner. The spa and pool were very good. Excellent value for money, better than other higher-end hotels we have stayed at, such as Amonti or Preidnelhof.

Hospitality

Our stay at the Garden Park Hotel was absolutely perfect. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival – we received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was truly magnificent. There was a lavish appetizer buffet, followed by several delicious courses to choose from, and finally a generous dessert buffet. The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. In addition, the hotel even offered a midday or afternoon snack with soups and small cakes – essentially three-quarter board. Culinary delights were truly exceptional. The spa area was also outstanding. The expansive outdoor area is enormous and certainly a highlight in the summer. We were particularly impressed by the long, heated outdoor pool, ideal for swimming laps. There's also an indoor pool, a work pool, two saunas – one with a stunning panoramic window – a steam room, and numerous comfortable chill-out lounges. Relaxing here is truly effortless. One slight drawback for us was the activity program: it only took place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – as did the sauna infusions. Since we were there on Saturday and Sunday, we unfortunately couldn't participate in any of the activities. Perhaps this is related to the off-season, but we're not entirely sure. However, this was the only aspect that wasn't quite ideal. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Garden Park Hotel.

Stunning place, excellent location, and kind and friendly staff. The wellness area and spa were very beautiful and relaxing. The only downside was that the pool water was a bit cold, especially when the outside temperature dropped. I recommend stopping by the spa more often during peak hours to pick up dirty glasses from the herbal tea area, as they tend to pile up. As for the Alba room, it was gorgeous! I expected a larger welcome kit, as is standard for a 4-star hotel... soap, herbal tea to drink in your room, and so on. I recommend putting a sanitizing strip on the toilet, and a telephone in the wellness area for any eventuality. Breakfast was mostly savory; the only sweet options were buttery croissants and mini doughnuts. This, unfortunately, disappointed us. Overall, the location, the landscape, the hospitality, and the ambiance were excellent. Cleanliness was top-notch; kudos to the floor cleaners. The hotel also offers a billiards room, gym, children's area, and yoga classes. The shop is very nice, offering products like beach bags, stuffed animals, bathrobes, and slippers. Recommended vacation.
