Obstbauernhof Fohlenhof

Enjoy relaxing holidays in the beautiful Vinschgau in our family-run farm. Built by the Austrian Emperor in the 19th century for horse breeding, the Fohlenhof came into property of family Gartner 100 years ago. Our farm is located in a quiet position in the marble town Laas and offers inviting and modern apartments surrounded by a fascinating natural landscape.

Our wonderful apartments reflect various styles of the region, as they are built with larch wood or marble original from Laas. They dispose of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with wood stove and dishwasher, a bathroom, a balcony and satellite TV. Moreover, we produce high quality distillates in our house. On request, you may visit our distillery and taste the exquisite aroma of our products during the entire year. Our guests also benefit from a covered parking possibility. Pets are allowed on request.

In our Fohlenhof in Laas in Vinschgau you may enjoy the beauty of our garden with its little natural pond surrounded by orchards, too. This is the perfect place for our little guests with a small playground. Also, we offer Alpine forest baths and Kneipp treatments. The environs of our Fohlenhof offer many activities in summer as well as in winter. You may go on excursions and magnificent bike tours discovering the natural and cultural points of interest in Vinschgau. Moreover, we offer the Vinschgau Card enabling you, among other things, to use all means of public transport in South Tyrol for free. In winter, our apartments are located in the centre of Ortler Skiarena.
