We had a wonderful stay with the Hofgartner family. The hotel, and especially the small holiday apartments, are superbly equipped, the wellness area is lovingly decorated, and the large garden is a wonderful place to sunbathe. The service was excellent, and we were fortunate enough to participate in a very pleasant and professional yoga class in a small group. Highly recommended!

I spontaneously asked for a room on Saturday to bridge the gap for two nights, as the nearby repair shop doesn't open until Monday, so I can return my motorcycle and then drive back to Berlin. After some initial problems with the bed, everything, and I mean everything, was done to make the second night comfortable. You can tell this is a lovingly run family hotel – and spanning several active generations. Apart from that, everything else – breakfast, ambiance – is perfect! Please continue this customer focus. Highly recommended if you're ever in the area.

A quiet and welcoming place, with very kind and helpful owners. We stayed in a beautiful suite equipped with every comfort, and we had access to the indoor pool. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful; the lady in charge of the breakfast room was attentive and very kind. For those who love the mountains and are looking for a weekend or a vacation, I highly recommend this property. It is located near the popular mountain resort of Brunico (BZ) in the hamlet of Falzes.

As a family of six, finding suitable accommodation isn't easy. Everything here was just perfect for us: the apartment was a great size and had all the amenities we needed, the hotel service was very attentive and friendly, the food at the in-house pizzeria was fantastic, and the pool and sauna were also very good! Public transportation is also very good there. We barely used our own car. The bus leaves from right outside and is absolutely reliable. We'd love to come back!

It is now the second year that we stay here in the summer and it is the first time that we choose to return to the same place because it is fantastic. The rooms have just been renovated improving both the aesthetics and the functionality, nothing is missing and it feels like being in a resort. The swimming pool is indoor and is the perfect choice for rainy days not to mention the wellness area which is available 5 days a week, with 3 saunas, steam bath etc and other comforts by reservation. For children there is a large equipped garden and it is possible to visit the stable and see other animals on the farm. For sports enthusiasts it is possible to park bikes in the box with charging sockets and it must be considered that from this strategic point a myriad of mountain bike or cycle tourism trails start. For motorcyclists there is a covered parking lot. The location of this hotel is incredibly smart, you can think of leaving the car and not using it for a week as the bus passes right in front of here and thanks to the service card you can go anywhere, but if you want to move by car within a 50 minute radius you can visit ALL the most spectacular places in Pusteria and the Dolomites.

A very pleasant hotel, situated in a beautiful location just above the Pustertal Valley – close to many excursion options and Bruneck. Great views, surrounded by green meadows, forests, and mountains. A pleasant wellness area with two saunas, a steam bath, and a lovely indoor pool (only heated, not very warm) with large windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. Lovely lounging areas outside in front of the pool with a kind of garden and, once again, a panoramic view – simply beautiful. There are also three different relaxation areas inside – each with a beautiful view. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and humorous. We felt very comfortable. Our room was large with two large covered balconies and a beautiful view. The food was delicious, with many (South) Tyrolean specialties. The very extensive breakfast was a highlight every morning: a large selection of everything, freshly prepared, and extremely friendly staff. It was one of the best we've ever experienced. At reception, a lovely, cozy room with lots of wood awaits you for relaxed conversations. All in all, a great, pleasant hotel. Our bathroom was a bit dated, but according to the hotel owner, it will be renovated in the next year and a half (as of June 2024). The indoor pool could have been 2-3 degrees warmer for us to be comfortable—but that would probably drive up the heating costs, especially since there aren't many wellness guests at the beginning of June... Overall, a great, beautiful, and friendly hotel in a wonderful location. We'd be happy to come back.

Cozy, with friendly service, a swimming pool, sauna, ski room, restaurant, and bar. The food isn't five-star, but it's acceptable. A welcoming reception area. Garage. Comfortable beds and cozy rooms with aesthetically pleasing bathrooms. A playroom for children (needs renovation). I'm adding it to my favorites and will be back
