Welcome to Apartments Graziadei in Algund!

Our house is situated in quiet and sunny position near the centre of Algund. This is the best place to spend a relaxing holiday in the middle of the fascinating South Tyrolean mountain world. Near to our house you will find a public swimming pool.

Relax & Enjoy

Our cosily and comfortably equipped apartments offer space for 4 to 6 people. All of them offer balcony, bathroom, bed and living room with kitchenette, satellite TV and safe. We even offer bed linen and towels. In front of the house there is a big garden with lawn for sunbathing, kid’s playground, a cosy sitting area under arcades and table tennis.

Discovering the surroundings

Residence Graziadei is the best starting point for many outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking riding or playing golf. For shopping tours you can visit the beautiful city of Meran.

This was our second time staying here with our friends. This time we stayed in the fantastic, spacious apartment, which left nothing to be desired. The apartment is perfect for four people, clean, and well-maintained. Mrs. Wally Graziadei is always available and caters to our needs, offering helpful tips. The location is also excellent in terms of transport links in the charming and beautiful town of Algund. We will definitely be back! Bea & Marcus

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt! Der Blick von der Terrasse in den Garten und in die Umgebung mit den einmaligen Bergen ist traumhaft! Die Vermieterin war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht, aufgeschlossen, sehr freundlich und herzlich!

We spent two weeks in the Graziadei (Abendrot) apartment and were very satisfied. Everything was clean and tidy. We had an apartment with a terrace The landlady is very nice and always available. The town itself offers many options for dining and shopping.

We stayed in these apartments in Lagundo during the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The location is ideal, just minutes from the bus stop, making it easy for those without a car to reach Merano and the main towns in the area. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, with a brand new, very large kitchen. Next to the guesthouse, there's a café and pastry shop where you can enjoy excellent breakfasts or aperitifs. Recommended!!!

We've been coming to Wally's for years. Super clean, short distances, great location, excellent public transport connections (approx. 3 minutes). Great amenities, everything you need is there. Wally is very welcoming... we come several times a year.

We have vacationed at Graziadei several times. The location, amenities, and friendliness of the hosts leave nothing to be desired. The apartments are very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen equipment is more than complete. We would be happy to return anytime, as we feel completely at home here.

Excellent property with very well-maintained apartments surrounded by greenery and offering fantastic views. The owner is very kind and helpful. The Steinach pastry shop, one of the best in the Merano area, is just steps away. Each apartment has an assigned parking space. The Lagundo Lido and the Forst factory, with a fantastic restaurant, are nearby, a 10-minute walk away. The same goes for the village and the Lagundo dairy, also a 5-minute walk away. Pets are welcome...I always have my cat with me. I've been coming here for several years now and will be back next year. Highly recommended

The two of us stayed there for a week in August 2025. The Gipfelwind holiday apartment fully met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and cleanliness. The view of the mountains at breakfast is priceless. The landlady, Ms. Graziadei, was very friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. If we have the opportunity, we would gladly spend our vacation there again.
