Do you want to spend a relaxing holiday with maximum comfort and many leisure activities in a beautiful mountain landscape? Then, the EDEN apartments in Seis are the best choice for you!

Komfort, wellness & many services

For an unforgettable holiday, we offer comfortable apartments of various sizes, for up to six people. All of them are bright, furnished in rustic style and equipped with: one or two bedrooms, sofa bed, one or two bathrooms and a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, Sat-TV, safe and hairdryer. Our apartment house also features a common room with library, a sun terrace, a wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin, a bike and ski storage. The parking space for your car is about 40 m away from the EDEN apartments. Dogs are welcome on request and for a fee.

Dream holidays at the foot of Seiser Alm

The centre of Seis with its shops, cafés, restaurants and an interesting event program is only about 50 meters from our house. In addition, you can easily reach the cable car that brings you to the famous Seiser Alm high plateau. There you can find countless hiking and biking trails, ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails and also great views of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage.

The Eden apartments are located in the village of Siusi, which is incredibly beautiful. It's not a very large town, so it's quieter and more picturesque. There's a large supermarket just a 1-2 minute walk away, which was convenient. While staying here, we visited Lake Karersee and Ortisei, all of which were conveniently located nearby.

We stayed on the first floor for two days, and our two middle school-aged children were both delighted. The facilities were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. We also requested a Nespresso machine and iron, which we received in the room. The kitchen, while small, had everything we needed, making it perfect for cooking. We were also shown to the sauna on the first floor, which was a great way to unwind in the Finnish sauna.

We had a wonderful time at the Eden Apartments.
Melanie was very helpful and friendly with all our questions.
The apartment is centrally located in the village. Our apartment is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The kitchenette had everything we needed for self-catering. The balcony and the modern sauna were also lovely.
We would be happy to come back.
We highly recommend this property.

We spent two weeks, which flew by so quickly, in this beautiful property, where we felt right at home. The location is perfect, right in the center of Siusi, with all amenities within walking distance: a supermarket, butcher (excellent!), a bakery, a fountain with delicious fresh water, a bar, a toy shop (essential when you have a small child), and a square where they often host events (weekly market, farmers' market, festivals, etc.).
The apartment is extremely quiet and well-kept. The kitchen is small but has everything you need, the bed is large and truly comfortable, and the terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, even when it's raining.
We loved this solution because it allows for great independence, yet offers shared services: cleaning, laundry, a sunbathing area, a wellness center, and a noticeboard with all the latest information, as well as a contact person on site.
Finally, I must also highlight the staff's extreme kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay: from preparation to welcome, to assistance throughout the two weeks, with incredibly easy communication (something not always a given, even in hotels).

In conclusion, an ideal solution, even for those with small children, like us.

We will definitely be back.

We returned again this year for the August holidays, and it's always a great location.
The apartment is very comfortable and well-maintained, in the town center and close to all amenities. Very helpful staff, a favorite place to return to.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it had been amazing. The room was spacious with kitchen and living room. The balcony offered a really nice town view and we could see the mountain from the bedroom window. The kitchen is very well equipped but be noted that the smoke alarm was very sensitive. We were here in July and though it had no AC but the room wasn't hot at all. We stayed here very comfortably.

Overall it was a really pleasant experience. The reception lady was helpful and very friendly. We can't wait to come back here again!

We spent a few days before our wedding at the Eden Apartment in Siusi with our family and couldn't have wished for a more beautiful place. The location is ideal: right in the center of town, yet quiet, with everything you need within walking distance. We were particularly impressed by the stunning view of the Sciliar and the stylish, comfortable furnishings; you immediately feel at home. We were also pleasantly surprised by the leisure activities right outside our door. It was absolutely perfect for us; we'll definitely be back!
