The Hotel Ratsberg is located in a very tranquil and sunny position at 1,650 meters above sea level. Therefore, it is characterized by a unique panoramic view that stretches from the Dolomites over the valley of Pustertal to Toblach and Lake Toblach.

Our house disposes of spacious and stylishly furnished double, comfort and single rooms, which are furnished with modern comfort, bathroom with shower/bathtub, WC, bidet and hairdryer, satellite TV, radio, phone, safe and free WLAN, partly with winter garden or balcony. In addition, you can use the spa area with panoramic indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and lawn for sunbathing.

We had a great stay here. The food was delicious, service friendly and the view amazing. The room was very clean albeit a bit dated. All in all exactly as advertised, we will return!

Very beautiful. The location is simply fantastic, with a breathtaking view of Lake Dobbiaco in the background. The food is excellent. A perfect place for a vacation.

The rooms are really old, and the wellness area is in dire need of renovation. The food is truly excellent, just like it was 15 years ago (our first stay). The view is fantastic. But the rooms are in dire need of renovation. The shower has no water pressure, and the beds are really small and narrow. It would be worthy of a 5-star rating if significant investment was made in this area.

It's truly a wonderful place. You'd be happy to just stay there and enjoy a relaxing vacation. If you have a car, I highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and provide a lot of information. It's a beautiful place. You don't even need to go anywhere else for food.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a wonderful time. The Stauder family is very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs. The rooms are always clean, breakfast offers a variety of sweet and savory options, and dinner (for those who opt for half-board) is very good and plentiful. The location is just 5 minutes from the center and offers a wonderful view of Dobbiaco from above! We'll be back again. :)

Magnificent view, quality food.
Delicate and flavorful fettuccine with venison ragu.
Highly recommended for a romantic or convivial lunch or dinner.
The strudel with fresh cream and Kaiserschmarren are truly delicious.

As soon as we arrive, a MAGNIFICENT view opens up before us, and that alone is enough to justify the climb. Add to that a splendid hotel surrounded by nature, warm hospitality, service, and noteworthy aperitifs (including the refreshing Teutonic beer), and I'd say nothing is missing, perhaps just a small smile upon entry from the earnest manager at the bar.
We didn't stay, but simply took advantage of the sunny terrace, which, from an altitude of 1,600 meters, offers ever-changing views. The glass-enclosed dining room overlooking the valley promises enjoyable dinners and a romantic atmosphere to savor.
The holiday is over...unfortunately, but we'll return as soon as possible to complete our mission and live close to the sky for a while.

I stayed there about ten years ago and wanted to return this year to dine on the veranda. The location is fantastic, with a view of the Sesto Dolomites, beautiful at sunset. The dinner was superb, as was the service. The price was reasonable. I will definitely return.

We stayed at the Alpenhotel Ratsberg and couldn't have asked for anything better. The location is truly unique, panoramic and quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. The cuisine is excellent, varied, and meticulously prepared. The staff's hospitality and courtesy made us feel right at home: always available and smiling. The rooms and common areas were spotless and tidy. We absolutely recommend this stay to anyone seeking quality, warmth, and an authentic mountain atmosphere. Highly recommended!
