We had a wonderful stay at the Vitalhotel Rainer in St. Walburg in the Ultental Valley. The hotel's location in the heart of beautiful South Tyrol is truly impressive. The friendly and attentive service, the excellent cuisine, and the charming design of the entire hotel are particularly noteworthy. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and leave everyday life behind. You feel welcome and completely at ease from the moment you arrive. A big thank you to the entire team for the wonderful time and the warm hospitality. A very nice hotel; we've stayed here several times and would gladly return. The hotel is perfectly located for beautiful hikes in the Ultental valley. Friendly staff and excellent dinners. We always feel comfortable here.

Everything about the Vitalhotel Rainer is just perfect. A lovely hotel without any unnecessary frills (is that how you spell it?) – spacious and clean rooms, beautiful bathrooms, and a small but excellent wellness area on the rooftop terrace with a lovely view. The restaurant offers a gourmet menu every day, and the hotel bar is simply cozy. And the hotel owners, Paul and Monika, are perfect hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time in the Ultental Valley.

Wonderful days at the Vitalhotel Rainer! Large, very clean room, excellent food, very friendly staff. My special requests for assistance as a wheelchair user were handled so kindly and promptly – fantastic, thank you!!! If I vacation in the Ultental Valley again, I'll definitely stay here!

A very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, a warm welcome, wonderful food, and very friendly staff. Thanks to their thoughtful, proactive assistance, they made sure that I, as a wheelchair user, could fully enjoy my stay. We’d love to come back!

Varied, creative, and delicious four-course menus plus a daily salad buffet. Great praise to the kitchen! Extensive breakfast buffet. We must also mention our service gems, Rosi and Jutta.

I feel compelled to write a review. We experienced genuine hospitality, met lovely people, and received attentive, consistently friendly service. The host personally guided us through his beautiful homeland. His kitchen team conjures up a multi-course menu daily that rivals Michelin-starred restaurants. The rooms met our expectations, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. A particular highlight was the panoramic sauna on the rooftop terrace. In short: We would love to return.
