At the Hotel Häusler in Ellen, near St. Lorenzen – Bruneck – you will be welcomed with simple hospitality that comes from the heart and will always make you feel like a welcome guest. Here you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday, surrounded by the simplicity and silence of the surrounding mountains.

Rooms with balcony & restaurant

We offer our guests spacious, bright rooms, furnished with care. Each room has a private balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view. The rooms are all equipped with shower, toilet and satellite TV to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay at all times. Inside our hotel, the bar and restaurant offer a warm welcome in two spacious, historic Tyrolean-style stube, where you can enjoy typical regional dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Activities for every season and every taste

Lovers of active living, both in summer and winter, will be spoilt for choice! They can choose between hiking, bike tours, climbing in summer and skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. After returning from your day in the open air, relax on our terrace or in our old stube dating back to 1878, perhaps enjoying an excellent homemade cake.

We returned to this hotel, a true gem at 1,350 meters, surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views. You can enjoy infinite tranquility that regenerates you.
An excellent starting point for excursions with numerous trails, very convenient and spacious parking, and well-connected by bus.
A family-run hotel, you immediately feel at home. The staff is extremely kind and always attentive to your needs.
The cuisine is traditional and varied, the buffet is excellent, with first courses, second courses, and desserts prepared with great care. The breakfast is plentiful, both savory and sweet. The rooms are always tidy and clean, as are the common areas with balconies overlooking the wonderful valley.
Highly recommended hotel.

The rooms are varied and of different sizes, some with very small bathrooms!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at the Berggasthof Häusler with our four children and our dog. The friendliness, warmth, and service were consistently top-notch. We will miss the rustic parlor and the modern dining room with its stunning view.
The food was delicious and varied, and our request for a gluten-free breakfast and dinner every day exceeded our expectations.
Thank you so much for the wonderful time! We'd love to come back.

We spent a week at the Berggasthof Häusler in June. The room was lovely and comfortable. The service was first-class. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was top-notch. We were happy and satisfied. We'd love to come back
