Our Mountain Living Apartments are near the idyllic Valentine Lake and they are an ideal holiday destination in every season! Our facility offers spacious apartments, comfortably furnished and equipped with a shower and / or bath, toilet, telephone, TV and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Ortler and Lake San Valentino. After a day of sport, there is nothing better than a little relaxation in our small spa area with sauna and indoor pool!

Discovering Vinschgau valley - at any season

Directly in the house, our guests find our shop "Sport Tenne" with bike and ski rental service. Our experts will be happy to give advice and help with minor repairs or maintenance of bicycle and / or skiing. Directly in the house, there is also the "Cube" Test centre. Whether hiking, cycling, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing: the area surrounding our holiday apartments offers a wide range of leisure activities.

A perfect accommodation for a wonderful stay in St. Valentin! It's very centrally located, and the apartments are clean and well-equipped. They have a lovely balcony with mountain views. The staff is very friendly; you just feel at home there!

Appartamento pulitissimo, fornito di ogni cosa, abbastanza spazioso, con piscina e sauna che abbiamo utilizzato. La guest card ci ha consentito di spostarci gratuitamente in ogni direzione e visitare così tanti posti.

We had a wonderful stay in this holiday apartment! Not only was the accommodation clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but the hostess was also exceptionally warm and helpful. We were particularly impressed by her support during a medical emergency—she was immediately on hand, even at 11 p.m. A heartfelt hostess who truly makes her guests feel welcome. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would gladly return!

I booked a five-day stay in August at this property, located between two lakes (Resia and San Valentino), very convenient to all major amenities. The two-room apartment includes a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom, and balcony. The space is comfortable, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, but is a bit lacking in food preparation equipment. The cleanliness is reasonable, but not excellent when it comes to the floors (the kitchen and bathroom, however, are very clean). Since I have a small child, they provided a high chair and crib. The property has an indoor pool and bike rentals in the shop next door. The staff is very courteous and friendly, and even gave us suggestions for excursions to take during our vacation. I highly recommend it!
