Welcome to Residence & Sportlodges Claudia

The accomodation Residence & Sportlodges Claudia in Plaus is located in a quiet and sunny spot. Our modern apartments near the spa town of Merano offer wonderful views of the South Tyrolean mountains and are the ideal holiday home for sports enthusiasts, connoisseurs and families. All apartments are barrier-free and therefore also ideal for holidaymakers with disabilities.

Apartments, pool & wellness

The bright and spacious apartments for 2 to 6 people all have a fully equipped living room with kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. A bread roll service is available at an extra charge. The heated sports pool (25 x 6 m, with salt water & pool lift) in the garden with a large sunbathing lawn is the ideal way to round off a day on your bike or in the mountains from spring to autumn. The wellness area with panoramic views of the Texel Group offers a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a relaxation room and a whirlpool on the roof terrace. There is also a modern fitness room with fantastic views and a yoga room with access to the garden.

Hiking, biking & more

Residence & Sportlodges Claudia – the perfect accommodation for active holidaymakers. Numerous hiking trails, bike tours and the cycle path along the Etsch river invite you to explore the beautiful natural surroundings. There are also 2 lockable bike rooms, a free charging station for e-bikes, a toolbox for repairs, a washing area for bikes, and a washing machine and dryer for sportswear. Guided tours are offered in cooperation with the Ötzi Bike Academy.

Great apartments and a fantastic facility. We stayed with Claudia and Alma for nine days. We felt completely at home from the very first minute. Important for me: There was enough space to safely store my road bike, mountain bike, and e-MTB.

Fantastic apartment, great 25m pool for swimming (training), lovely sauna area, and of course, wonderful hostess Claudia. Great fun in the mornings to get bread rolls at the Despar supermarket, and in the afternoons to the village café.

Perfect for an active vacation. 25m pool, sauna, fitness center, whirlpool, not crowded, very relaxed; I often had everything to myself. Plus, it's in a very quiet location, yet a great starting point for hikes and excursions. Whether by bike, on foot, or taking the bus or train for part of the way. Of course, you can also use a car. There's a good pizzeria within walking distance, also great for takeout and eating on the apartment terrace. Very friendly and helpful hostesses, accommodating and always genuinely willing to help. Bread delivery service, beautiful, modern rooms with everything you need. I would love to come back.

Our stay at this retreat made us very happy. We were there in April during a quiet time and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the view, the pool, and our very welcoming hosts. The entire complex is lovingly maintained. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. We thank Claudia and Alma for their excellent service and the pleasant conversations.

Super nice apartment, new and comfortable, everything high-quality. Only the annex is a bit away from the pool and wellness area, but you have to cross a small street. The wellness area isn't extensive, but it's super nice and well-equipped. A lovely, spacious outdoor pool, not too cold, not too hot—great. Mountain views, yet nestled in a valley among apple orchards in a charming village with a supermarket, bus, and train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they rented excellent bikes. Top quality, but the price is steep.
