The apartments at guesthouse Lohengrin are situated above Seis am Schlern and are surrounded by green meadows. Our family-friendly house is situated in a quiet and sunny position and offers a dreamlike view over Schlern and Seiser Alm. Our garden offers sunbeds to relax and space to play.

Feel-good atmosphere in the apartments & garden

Guesthouse Lohengrin offers four comfortable apartments for 2-4 persons, which are spacious and equipped with any comfort. They all dispose of at least one sunny balcony with dreamlike view, a comfortable sitting area, a fully equipped kitchenette as well as TV and WLAN. Six days per week, you can enjoy our bread service. Children’s beds and high chairs are available on request. Our small guests are looking forward to the playground with swing, slide and sandbox as well as to table tennis on the wonderful terrace.

All year round, Seiser Alm holiday region is a paradise for active vacationers, families and nature lovers. In winter, the family-friendly skiing area Seiser Alm awaits you with perfectly prepared slopes. In summer, you will look forward to magnificent hikes, mountain bike tours, fixed-rope routes and much more. With our guest card, you can use all means of public transport for free. Only a few minutes on foot from our apartments, there is a bus stop with shuttles to the Seiser Alm cableway or to the close centre of Seis, which you can also reach within a 15 minutes’ walk.

A wonderful place. A cozy, very clean apartment with a fantastic view. Viviane and her husband are extremely kind hosts and were always there to help and advise us. Everything was provided, from a bike storage room with charging facilities to a ping-pong table and deck chairs. We traveled by car and explored the Dolomites from there. The apartment was the perfect base for that. The beds are super comfortable. For families with teenagers... the Wi-Fi is excellent. We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent with you. Andrea and Roland

In one word: amazing! We stayed in apartment 5 for a week in September. Viviana is an incredibly sweet hostess, with lots of tips about the area. Very personal, and we felt very welcome. Additionally, there was a great bread delivery service. Everything was incredibly clean and larger than in the photos. The view is truly stunning, overlooking the mountains and the valley. The house stayed cool, even on hot days. Equipped kitchen with pots and pans, fridge, freezer, induction hob, and plenty of crockery. Free parking right outside the door. You can make use of the entire garden, with sun loungers and a picnic table. We ate in the garden several times. Lovely beds, a new bathroom, and a nice balcony. Only a 15-minute drive to Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. Supermarket and gas station in the village. The surrounding villages are very charming. Tips for the area: • Alpe di Siusi: park the car at Compatch. This saves you money compared to the cable car. Delicious apple strudel at Baita Sanon, where you have a beautiful view. • Tuffalm: a nice restaurant that you can walk to, with a swimming lake nearby. The Dolomites are becoming increasingly popular among tourists, so we were a bit worried about crowds. But in September, it wasn't nearly as bad as we expected. Set off nice and early, and when you go hiking, you are the only ones in the area before you know it! In short: nothing to complain about! It was a fantastic stay! And if we return to the Dolomites, we will definitely come back to Viviana.

We had a truly wonderful time here. As a couple, we stayed in apartment 1 and felt very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, everything was very clean, the family is extremely friendly and helpful, and always available to assist. The view of the Schlern massif from the balcony is breathtaking. You can easily get everywhere by e-bike; we didn't need the car. The bus connections are excellent. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with a fantastic view of the mountains. It was renovated, well maintained, stylish, and spotlessly clean. Viviana was very friendly and supported us incredibly well throughout our stay. All her information and tips were very helpful. The location is also convenient: about a 15‑minute walk downhill (and back up) to the village centre. The atmosphere was serene, and we were able to fully unwind. We would love to return!

Our stay was fantastic! Viviana is an incredibly sweet, warm woman, and nothing is too much trouble. We were there with our two sons, aged 11 months and 2.5 years, and it is extremely child-friendly. The view is beautiful; you could look at it forever. We had a south- and west-facing balcony (wraps around). We stayed in apartment 2: two bedrooms and comfortable beds! A bed rail could also be installed for our 2.5-year-old. From the apartment, it is a 1.5 km walk to the center via the fastest hiking route. It is quite steep going down, and therefore also back up ;-). You can also hike up. There is a beautiful playground at Hotel Bad Ratze! It is a nice route to get there. Taking the lift up is also worthwhile. If you want to save some money: you can also drive up! Many routes on the mountain are also accessible with a buggy/stroller. We always enjoy visiting new places, but we are definitely considering coming back here again. Some places are just truly special! Having to dig really deep for an area for improvement… the sockets are within reach of babies, so perhaps protected sockets?! But if that’s the only thing I can think of…
