Spacious rooms, renovated bathrooms with shower and natural materials ensure a comfortable living feeling. Culinary delights – from a rich breakfast to fresh, local and seasonal specialities – complete the offer. For all wellness fans, there is a small but fine wellness area where you can recharge your batteries after an active day in the mountains. A sauna, steam bath and indoor pool are waiting for you. Aromatic scents and relaxing music let you completely relax.

Ideal for holidays in the Dolomites

Whether you want to spend a relaxing or active holiday – the area around Toblach offers plenty of variety. Two nature parks – Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Three Peaks – invite you to hike, climb, cycle and discover in summer. In winter, on the other hand, the slopes of the skiing areas 3 Zinnen Dolomites and Kronplatz can be reached easily by train or by car. Thanks to exciting museums, churches and more, the cultural attractions around the pilgrimage village of Aufkirchen are also well worth seeing.

My stay at the Hotel Kirchenwirt was perfect from the first day to the last. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable there. Everything is very well organized. You can’t help but warm up to Ferdi, the owner of the Kirchenwirt—he was always completely relaxed and just so warm and welcoming. I had booked a rustic room with a small balcony, morning sun, and a direct view of the mountains—wonderful. The bathroom is spacious, modern, and everything is very clean. There’s also plenty of seating in front of and next to the building with a direct view of the mountains. The pool is pleasantly warm and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. A basket with towels and a bathrobe was provided in the room for this purpose. I stayed there in late September, and the pool was usually empty, whether at 6 a.m. or 6 p.m. In the entrance area, there’s a basket of apples that anyone is welcome to help themselves to. I had half-board. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want. From the large fruit buffet to delicious bread and rolls, various jams and homemade cakes, a generous selection of cold cuts and cheeses, yogurt, cereals, and honey straight from the hive The evening menu is very varied and truly delicious. There’s always a vegetarian option to choose from as well. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

EVERYTHING!!! This is our second stay at this hotel. We think it’s a wonderful hotel. Decorated in South Tyrolean style… warm and comfortable. Delightful rooms and a superb breakfast!!! The pool and wellness area are peaceful and well-maintained. Our little corner of paradise right here in Dobbiaco. We’ll be back as soon as we can treat ourselves to some pampering to rejuvenate body and soul. Bye, Sissi—a hug.
