Our daughter recommended this hotel to us, and everything she told us about it turned out to be true.

Beautiful property, courteous and always helpful staff, spacious and clean spa. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, which was comfortable and clean, with excellent soundproofing. The cuisine was well-prepared and always varied, with excellent options at the buffet as well. It’s conveniently located near the Casteldarne train station (a 10-minute walk), and you can get anywhere by train.

Everything was wonderful; we stayed in the Alpin Spa Suite. It would be perfect if the sofa beds were a little wider and the window there could be tilted open. When the sliding doors are closed, it can get very stuffy. Otherwise, the staff were, without exception, very friendly and helpful, and the room was otherwise wonderful and very clean. The massage was fantastic, the pool was beautiful, and the food—simply divine. As a discerning guest who has traveled extensively, I can highly recommend this hotel. My girlfriend and I spent a fantastic week at the Pustertaler Hof and are truly thrilled with every aspect of our stay. You can tell at every turn that the hotel is run with boundless dedication, passion, and attention to detail—and, above all, that it’s a genuine family-run establishment. As for the rooms: Ours faced the street. During the day, you might hear a little noise, and every now and then a train passes by, but that didn’t bother us at all—the noise level was absolutely within reasonable limits. On the plus side, the view from this side is truly amazing! However, if you’re very sensitive to noise, you might want to choose a room on the other side. For us, at any rate, it was perfect: we really unwound and were able to relax and recharge wonderfully. Another absolute highlight is the wellness and sauna area: With two saunas, a steam room, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, beautifully appointed relaxation rooms, and great outdoor lounging areas, it really has everything your heart desires. Even when the hotel was full, everything was wonderfully spread out—you could easily avoid each other and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The service is consistently outstanding—super friendly, attentive, and courteous. Whether we had questions or asked for hiking and excursion tips, we received fantastic and warm advice every single time. We’d also like to give special mention to the very young staff and the many trainees on site. The fact that so many young people want to start their careers here speaks to a great work atmosphere and a wonderful team culture—otherwise, so many motivated young people wouldn’t be working here. You can just feel that fresh, positive energy throughout the entire hotel! A huge plus for me personally: I have a gluten intolerance, and there really weren’t any problems at all here. They addressed everything right from the start—I’d already mentioned it when I made the reservation—and in the morning at breakfast, a plate with gluten-free rolls and other alternatives was already waiting for me. There were alternatives for everything at dinner, too. I didn’t lack for anything at all. For me, it was the first vacation ever where I could completely switch off and didn’t have to constantly check whether I could tolerate something. We felt completely safe and right at home. We’d definitely love to come back!

Great, very friendly staff. Beautiful, very clean room. Large pool and spa area. Top-notch massage treatments. A generous and varied breakfast. An exceptionally good dinner. I was completely satisfied.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with friendly and efficient staff, truly excellent cuisine, unique dishes that are well prepared, and, above all, made with high-quality ingredients... The only thing I would mention is the dessert selection at breakfast; I would have liked to see some traditional cakes instead of the same old ciambelloni or plum cakes every morning.
