Host Helga welcomes you in a lovingly furnished ambiance with a touch of luxury. A highlight is the beautiful garden with sunbathing lawn and pool with whirlpool bench.

Holiday home with style

The 3 elegant apartments at the Ardesia offer high-quality, modern furnishings with natural materials, an exclusive kitchen, indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, satellite TV and underfloor heating. One garage parking space is available per apartment. Information material, hiking maps and tour tips can be found in the entrance area. The wine cellar in the house is ideal for cosy evenings. On request, we can bring a delicious breakfast box to your door, and we are also happy to collect our guests from the surrounding railway stations. Bikes and ski equipment can be stored in the cellar.

We stayed in the "garden" apartment, the whole family. A beautiful week. Mrs. Helga proved to be a hospitable, kind and thoughtful person. The location is excellent for visiting Merano but it was even nicer to walk around Lana and the walk through the apple orchards was beautiful. We would like to return in the summer, we hope an apartment becomes available.

A wonderful holiday apartment, furnished and maintained to a high standard with great attention to detail; it truly has everything you could need. We love the large, sunny balcony with its fantastic view. The hosts are very welcoming. Bakery, supermarket, bus stop, restaurants, and much more... all within easy walking distance, which we really appreciate. This was our second stay, and we will definitely be back.

Thank you, the Wolf family The lifestyle, elegance, and modernity are very well combined. A beautiful apartment. Sleep in the cozy, warm box-spring bed is unforgettable and restful, after a wonderful "wellness evening" with high-quality products by candlelight in a beautiful bath. All this is rounded off by the beautiful surroundings and the delicious cuisine of South Tyrol! We'll be back! Best wishes and a happy Advent season!

Beautiful holiday apartments in a modern setting. Spacious rooms with every comfort. Highly recommended. Not only for the welcoming atmosphere, but especially for the friendliness of the owners, who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In our opinion, the value for money is excellent. Check out the website and you'll be impressed. Furthermore, the house is very centrally located (the town center is within walking distance) yet in a quiet location. It's also ideally situated for cyclists exploring the surrounding apple orchards or cycling along the Adige Valley Cycle Path. Mountain enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy. This was our second stay this year, and certainly not our last. All three apartments have their own unique charm and can be booked without hesitation.

And once again, it's 5 stars, and rightly so. Dear Helga, it was a pleasure to meet you, your family, and your home. We came on the recommendation of friends, and you definitely didn't overpromise; it exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt very comfortable; the fantastic furnishings of the apartment, combined with so much heartfelt care and attention to detail, are 150% evident in your home. And then there's the weekly get-together in the basement with your friendly family – that's the icing on the cake! We look forward to seeing you again.

It's a dilemma; I should really give it one star and rate Ardesia abysmal so it's not booked solid forever, but... it's simply amazing! It's a true holiday home, beautifully furnished, with a fantastic kitchen, a great location, wonderful wine evenings, comfortable beds, a lovely little pool, a great garage, and friendly neighbors. But the most extraordinary thing is the owners, Helga, Andi, and their two sons. There are no hosts who do this with such warmth and empathy as these four. We went hiking, had barbecues, and celebrated together—it's simply incredible. And they take such good care of their guests: fresh towels? No problem. Crashed bike rack? I'll fix it, no problem. Another pool towel? No problem. Many a 4S (presumably referring to a specific type of business) could learn a thing or two from them—not with special offers, not with butlers...it's simply done with heartfelt dedication. So please, don't book, we want to come back soon!

New, high-quality, and exclusively furnished vacation apartments. With great attention to detail. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area – pool and garden – are exceptionally well-maintained. There are only three apartments in total, so there's no mass tourism. You really don't lack anything. The underground parking garage is also very spacious, and bicycles are safely stored there. The pool and garden are eye-catching. Gina and Ulli
