Our Graf-Messnerhof farm is situated in a sunny panoramic position in Elvas, only 5 minutes by car from Brixen. We offer comfortable rooms and new holiday flats. In any case, the family-run Graf-Messnerhof guarantees cosiness, warm hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere. As a guest, you can not only enjoy the many farm products at breakfast, but also purchase them in the product corner.

Our rooms have a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer, as well as a cosy sitting area, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Most rooms also offer a balcony with a beautiful view, and some also have a sofa bed. Our holiday flats in varied sizes can accommodate up to 6 people, and all have a loggia or a roof terrace. They are comfortably furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, hoover system and clothes horse. In addition, there is also a private parking space, a lift and a ski and bike depot. If you choose a room, breakfast is included: with a delicious selection of farm products such as fruit juices, fruit spreads and fruit, home-baked delicacies and South Tyrolean quality products. Guests in our holiday flats can optionally book breakfast buffet, breakfast basket or bread roll service.

The wonderful landscape around the Graf-Messnerhof invites you to sporty discovery tours in every season. You can start hiking and biking directly from the farm, and the nearby old town of Brixen offers culture and shopping fun. As our guest, you will also receive the BrixenCard.
