Villa Bea

Villa Bea is situated in Kuens, South Tyrol’s smallest municipality, on a sunny hillside above Meran. The holiday apartments offer sweeping views of Meran, Schenna, Dorf Tirol, the Vinschgau Valley and the surrounding mountains. Surrounded by orchards and Mediterranean vegetation, the holiday home offers a peaceful atmosphere whilst also serving as an ideal base from which to explore the diverse sights and natural landscapes of the Meran region.

The light-filled holiday apartments are furnished to a high standard in a modern country house style, combining natural materials with contemporary living comfort. All apartments feature spacious balconies or terraces, and one apartment also has a private garden. Three apartments also have private saunas on the terrace. The lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden is the perfect place to relax, whilst the pool is sustainably heated by the property’s own photovoltaic system and – weather permitting – usually offers a refreshing dip from mid-June to mid-September. Villa Bea is also dog-friendly and features a wheelchair-accessible apartment as well as a lift.

Steeper walking and hiking trails lead directly from Villa Bea through the orchards and on to the popular ‘Waalwege’ trails of the Meran region. The elevated hillside location offers impressive views of the surrounding landscape time and again. The traditional Ungerichthof inn is situated directly opposite and complements the dining options in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, attractions such as Meran, Dorf Tirol, the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle and the Meran 2000 hiking area are within easy reach and offer a wide range of options for holidays focused on nature, culture and indulgence.
