Welcome to the Planerhof in Villnöss

The Planerhof is located on a gentle hill on the outskirts of Villnöss, surrounded by green meadows and woods that create an atmosphere of peace and authenticity. At an altitude of about 1038 metres and at the foot of the Odle group, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the farm offers a splendid view of the mountains and the valley. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in contact with nature, while remaining a short distance from the village and well connected to local services.

Comfortable apartments and farm life

The farmhouse has four cosy and well-equipped apartments, ideal for couples and families. The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen, bright rooms and balconies with mountain views, creating a warm and functional environment for your stay. On request, breakfast baskets with fresh bread and farm products or a typical South Tyrolean snack of South Tyrolean speck, ham, salami, pickled cucumbers, cheese and Schüttelbrot are available, accompanied by a glass of fine wine.

The Planerhof's location is perfect for exploring Villnöss: from scenic trails to hikes to mountain huts and refuges, to cycling tours and climbing in the Dolomites. The village centre can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes along pleasant paths through meadows and woods. In every season, the valley offers spectacular landscapes and numerous outdoor activities to discover the authentic charm of the South Tyrolean mountains.

We stayed in February 2026 and appreciated being part of the family and their approach to sustainability and respect. The apartments were perfect, and the blackcurrant syrup was addictive. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries.

Went for skiing in Val gardena and stayed at Apartament Planerhof. If you like solitude and farm armosphere, this place will be for you. Spacious apartament, brand new amenities, warm floors, very comfortable bed.

Anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing retreat away from the crowds will find it here. A beautifully situated farm in the Villnöss Valley, with the most incredibly warm and welcoming hosts, Wally and Willi! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and furnished with great attention to detail. The cozy wooden furnishings create a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. Everything is practically brand new and superbly equipped. You immediately feel right at home! Wally treats you to all sorts of delicious farm goodies: homemade cookies, jam, syrup, eggs, and even homemade, warm apple strudel! ️ It's truly heartwarming! Upon request, you can also take a tour of the barn and farmyard and get a glimpse behind the scenes of the sometimes challenging farm life. You'll learn just how much work, effort, and passion goes into everything! And that makes you appreciate your stay and the hospitality even more! And let's not forget the two adorable farm dogs, Toni and Heidi, who instantly steal your heart. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay with you! It was truly special!

We stayed in this apartment as two couples, and it was simply perfect. The house is new, impeccably designed and meticulously maintained, with well-organized spaces that allow us to comfortably spend time together without ever feeling cramped. Everything was exactly as described; in fact, it was even better in person. The mountain location is ideal for truly unwinding, enjoying the silence and beauty of the landscape, with the comfort of a modern and highly functional home. The owner deserves a special mention: she's truly exceptional, always available, kind, and ready to help with any needs, before and during our stay. She made us feel welcomed and at home, which is anything but expected. Perfectly clean, totally comfortable, and a wonderful atmosphere: it's one of those places you'd return to without a second thought. Highly recommended for couples and groups seeking relaxation, quality, and an impeccable welcome.

A new, modern, spacious, clean property equipped with every comfort, in a panoramic location for admiring wonderful sunrises. We stayed in the Lilie apartment over the Immaculate Conception long weekend, a group of five, conveniently located for snowshoeing from Malga Zannes to the local Christmas markets. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to the attentive and kind hostess, who warmly welcomed us with a homemade cake. An experience to repeat and highly recommended.

We arrived at a lovely apartment with amazing views and complete tranquility — exactly what we were hoping for. The place is thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. You can really feel the care that went into making guests feel comfortable. The host is absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. We were even treated to delicious homemade goodies from the farm — fresh eggs, jam, and cake :) The heating worked perfectly throughout our stay, and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, quiet, and stunning scenery. Just a small tip: if it’s your first time arriving, try to come before dark — the road up is much nicer to navigate in daylight :)

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The farm with its animals is simply gorgeous – you immediately feel at home. We felt so comfortable not only because of the wonderful apartment and the beautiful farm, but also because of the hostess: incredibly sweet, warm, and helpful. Everything was absolutely perfect, and the location is also fantastic. A clear and warm recommendation – we would love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful place in the Dolomites! First of all, Wally – the amazing host – welcomed us so warmly and immediately made us feel at home. She greeted us with a delicious homemade pastry, freshly picked berries and more treats and delights. She was always available to help with anything we needed, and her kindness and warmth made our visit truly special. The apartment itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished – all the furniture is made of wood and gives the place such a warm and cozy atmosphere. It had two comfortable bedrooms, a lovely living room with a well-equipped kitchen, and balconies off every room offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The farm is absolutely charming – our kids loved spending time with the animals: pigs, cows, chickens, and geese. Wally even took us to help feed them, which was such a fun and memorable experience! One morning we ordered breakfast, and it was simply amazing – fresh, rich, and delicious, with so many local products. And of course, the view… just breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!
