The Messnerhof is located at approximately 1,000 metres above sea level, in the peaceful centre of Tiers am Rosengarten, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Dolomites. Run by the Damian family, this farm stay offers an authentic, welcoming atmosphere where guests can discover South Tyrol's rural traditions first-hand. Cows, calves, pygmy goats, chickens and other animals are part of everyday life on the farm, providing memorable experiences, especially for families with children. Its central location, with shops, cafés and a bus stop just 150 metres away, also makes it easy to enjoy a car-free holiday.

The Messnerhof offers four comfortably furnished holiday apartments, ideal for couples and families looking for an independent stay surrounded by nature. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living area, private bathroom and south-facing balcony, as well as free Wi-Fi. To start the day with a delicious breakfast, guests can order a breakfast basket with regional specialities or take advantage of the fresh bread delivery service and farm products, such as milk and eggs. Guests can also visit the modern cowshed and discover how a working farm operates, from livestock farming to animal care.

The Messnerhof is an ideal starting point for exploring the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park, with hikes through Alpine pastures, mountain meadows and spectacular views of the Rosengarten and Latemar. In summer, the area offers routes for hiking, mountain biking, e-biking and via ferrata adventures, while the Cabrio cable car from Tiers provides easy access to the Karersee hiking area. In winter, the Carezza Dolomites and Seiser Alm ski areas offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the snow, from skiing and snowshoeing to winter walks. The South Tyrol Guest Pass, included in the stay, also allows guests to use regional public transport free of charge and explore the beauty of South Tyrol easily and flexibly.
