Brixlechnerhof

The Brixlechnerhof in Meransen welcomes you at an altitude of 1,450 metres: our family-run farm is situated in a quiet location, yet close to the Gitschberg cable car. Surrounded by idyllic landscape, you will experience the perfect combination of nature experience and comfort, relaxation and mountain adventure. Children will love having plenty of space to play and the various animals on the farm. On request, we are happy to put together a breakfast basket with our own farm produce for our guests, and alternatively we also offer a bread roll service.

Our new ‘Alpin’ and ‘Relax’ apartments have been designed with great attention to detail. The apartments offer a balcony with unobstructed mountain views, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. They have a cosy kitchen-living room with perfectly equipped kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed, 1-2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with experience shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. A special relaxation highlight in the ‘Relax’ apartment is the private infrared sauna.

The location of our farm is a dream for sporty mountain fans: you can set off on hiking and cycling tours directly from the farm, and just a few metres away the cable car takes you comfortably up the Gitschberg. In winter, when the snow conditions are good, you can strap on your skis right outside the front door for fun on the piste or enjoy a toboggan run. From the farm you can quickly and easily explore the many winter sports options in the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area.
