Z Plesdinaz (1570 m n.p.m.) należy udać się drogą rolniczą do Runcaudie. Jest to początek szlaku alpejskiego nr 20, który prowadzi stromo w górę do pastwisk alpejskich (2 149 m) w około 1,5 godziny.

Zejście: na wschodnim skrzyżowaniu szlak nr 6 prowadzi na równinę Plan dla Rotes, skąd dociera się do grzbietu Balestgrat (1/2 godz.), skąd schodzi się do kościoła św. Jakuba (3/4 godz.) i dalej do Ortisei (1/2 godz.).
