In our small but cosy Guest house Hotel Terzer*** on the sunny side of Southern South Tyrol, we welcome you with hearty hospitality, a familiar atmosphere and good cuisine. Would you like to spend light-hearted and sunny holidays surrounded by marvellous environs? We endeavour to ensure you unforgettable holidays full of well-being, which you can enjoy from the very first moment.

Cosy holiday ambience

Our guests are offered comfortable and individually furnished rooms and junior suites with balcony, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, free WLAN and satellite TV. Moreover, we offer a panoramic roof-deck with panoramic sauna, whirlpool, adventure showers and relaxation area. Every Wednesday morning, you can book soothing massages.

Enjoy & discover

Every new day starts with a rich breakfast buffet. At noon and in the evening, our chef spoils you with creative dishes of the local and Mediterranean cuisine. For wine lovers, we have also a vast range of good wines, a small but fine educational path about wines as well as tastings on site. The environs of our house offer many leisure time activities. Kurtatsch on the South Tyrolean wine route is the perfect starting point for bike, motorcycle and hiking tours. As well, you can take a refreshing bath in Lake Kaltern or enjoy many culinary and cultural events in the surrounding area.

Simply fantastic!!

We're repeat offenders; a stay at Hotel Terzer is a must in spring and autumn.

We had a wonderful week and were pampered by everyone.

Highly recommended!
Friendly staff, well-kept rooms, excellent food and a pizzeria.
The top-notch roof terrace with a sauna, whirlpool, and infrared cabin is a great place to relax.

The breakfast buffet, served by cheerful staff, motivates you for the rest of the day.

The owner can provide suggestions for cycling and hiking tours upon request.
I spent some very relaxing days at this hotel.

This is our third time staying at Terzers. The rooms are very clean, modern, and have ample counter space and storage. The kitchen and service staff (including the owners) do a very good job. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and never intrusive. The prices for rooms and meals in the restaurant are extremely fair. Additional services (which must be reserved and booked, some of which are external service providers) are also offered. The prices are also fair and the service is unobtrusive. The hotel is also a bike hotel for cyclists of all kinds. In summary: three-star accommodation as you would imagine it at its best. No unnecessary frills, solid service, fair prices. You feel completely at home. This probably explains the large number of repeat guests.

Highly recommended – warm hospitality and perfect service at the Hotel Terzer

We spent two nights at the Hotel Terzer and felt completely at home. We received a warm welcome right from the start – the host is extremely attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated. You immediately sense the passion that goes into running the place.

The modern wellness area deserves special mention; it was just what we needed after a long day on the bike: well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and wonderfully relaxing.

The personal service was also exceptional – from breakfast to the last question, everything was individually addressed. We particularly appreciated the valuable recommendations for our onward bikepacking tour – routes, tips for refreshment stops, and information were perfectly tailored to our needs.

We would have loved to stay longer and can warmly recommend the Hotel Terzer to anyone – whether passing through, on an active holiday, or just for relaxation. A place with character, comfort, and genuine warmth.

We didn't stay there, but only ate there twice.
Extremely good food, excellent ice cream, friendly service, and the owner is a genuinely nice and amiable person.
Without a reservation, however, the chances of getting a seat are slim. Prices are high but justified. Absolutely the best food for miles around.
