A fantastic hotel from start to finish: rooms, spa area, food (including vegetarian options), massage, bar, impeccable cleanliness throughout, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. This was our first stay, but certainly not our last. We'd love to come back. Excellent value for money.

We stayed at the Hotel Zentral in Prato allo Stelvio from September 13–20, 2025, and felt completely at home. The value for money is absolutely spot on. The food is very good, plentiful, and varied – even vegans will find delicious options here. Breakfast is a particular highlight: fresh eggs in all varieties, prepared directly for each guest. A big thank you to Andrea in the dining room, who not only impresses with her warm smile at breakfast, but also has great tips for excursions. The hotel's amenities leave nothing to be desired. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds, a beautiful wellness area with a swimming pool, sunbathing lawn, and a wide range of amenities. The charging stations for electric cars, the underground parking garage, and the bike rental are particularly convenient. The hotel is also ideal for guests with dogs. The location is perfect for excursions in the surrounding area: Lake Resia, the Stelvio Pass, Switzerland (St. Moritz), Merano, the Trauttmansdorff Gardens, the Merano High Trail, and Solda – everything is quickly and easily accessible. Thank you for the wonderful time – we would love to come back!

Top hotel. Super friendly staff, very good value for money, excellent food, fantastic wellness offerings, excellent breakfast, we had a very nice room, great location, bicycle storage, and a lovely garden with charging facilities for electric vehicles.

Once again, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this esteemed establishment. The staff was super friendly, and you feel at home. We'd like to give a special shout-out to the creative cuisine. We gave the chef 20 stars. The waiter said that was too many... but 19.5 is certainly it. The wellness area is a wonderful place to relax. We'd love to come back!

Top with family impeccable particularly worth mentioning is the good selection at the breakfast buffet, and at the bar the good cocktails, there are charging options in the underground car park also from this point of view the hotel is simply highly recommended

It couldn't be better for this price/performance ratio...our room was large and quiet, facing the garden, and...super clean! The breakfast buffet, as well as the four-course dinner menu, also of the highest quality, left nothing to be desired. And the wellness area was also very good and relaxing. So, it gets 5 stars.
