The Zin Senfter Residence offers 24 spacious holiday apartments furnished in a traditional yet elegant style – with high-quality wood, natural stone and warm fabrics. In addition to the cosy holiday apartments, our guests have access to typical parlours where they can sample South Tyrolean quality products and Senfter specialities. Exclusively for our guests: shopping service with delicacies from our exquisite Senfter delicatessen!

You can do yourself some good in the Panorama Spa with views of the Dolomites, sauna, plunge pool, soothing massages and beauty treatments. The relaxation terrace with views of the majestic Haunold mountains is the ideal place to relax and breathe deeply. The ZIN FITNESS gym at Senfter Platzl: it offers the latest technical equipment and can be used free of charge by our guests. New for guests of Zin Senfter Residence: just a two-minute walk away, the new partner facility Zin Park Day Spa offers a heated 32°C mineral pool, sauna area, relaxation zones, garden park, cardio fitness room and yoga studio for a truly rejuvenating wellness experience. Guests benefit from a special rate of €25 for full spa access or €12 for pool access only; the sauna area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over and is textile-free, while children may use the pool daily from 10:00 to 14:00 when accompanied by an adult. In addition, the Zin Senfter Residence is the ideal starting point for hikes through the beautiful natural landscape in every season. In winter, the Haunold and Helm ski areas are in the immediate vicinity.
