The Zin Senfter Residence offers 24 spacious holiday apartments furnished in a traditional yet elegant style – with high-quality wood, natural stone and warm fabrics. In addition to the cosy holiday apartments, our guests have access to typical parlours where they can sample South Tyrolean quality products and Senfter specialities. Exclusively for our guests: shopping service with delicacies from our exquisite Senfter delicatessen!

Relaxation & mountain adventures

You can do yourself some good in the Panorama Spa with views of the Dolomites, sauna, plunge pool, soothing massages and beauty treatments. The relaxation terrace with views of the majestic Haunold mountains is the ideal place to relax and breathe deeply. New is the ZIN FITNESS gym at Senfter Platzl: it offers the latest technical equipment and can be used free of charge by our guests. In addition, the Zin Senfter Residence is the ideal starting point for hikes through the beautiful natural landscape in every season. In winter, the Haunold and Helm ski areas are in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is located right in the city center, so it is perfectly accessible to all tourist attractions. The room was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and helpful. Every morning at breakfast we were delighted with the morning newspaper with the current weather, tips for trips and an overview of the events that were taking place in the city that day - a nice detail that excited us! A big plus was also the snack corner and afternoon tea, which were available every day from 2 to 6 p.m. - a great idea and a nice change of pace in the afternoon. The sauna was nice and the massage we had at the end of our stay was a perfect and relaxing end to our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and would be happy to return here in the future.

A very excellent hotel, close to the center, a 3-4 minute walk. I stayed in an apartment on the ground floor with a small kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a small garden. I then moved to an apartment upstairs with a balcony. There is no air conditioning, only heating. It was cold at night. Compared to hotels in the area, it is excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, and price. There is parking; you need a card to open the gate. The location is less than 20 minutes from Coffee Loacker in Austria.

We loved comfortable room, the friendly, helpful staff, the fantastic breakfast and daily newsletter, the lunch packs and the easy parking. The position is quiet and the atmosphere very relaxed. So much attention to detail means a wonderful holiday. Everything!
