Exciting ski touring races with a World Cup ranking in a high Alpine mountain landscape: the Marmotta Trophy in Martell Valley is a multi-day highlight for all fans of ski touring.
The first Marmotta Trophy in Martell took place in 2008, and this year it is again part of the ISMF World Cup. The umbrella organization ISMF (International Ski Mountaineering Federation) organizes the international ski mountaineering and ski touring competitions.
Martell Valley is a side valley of Vinschgau and the perfect venue for high-calibre ski touring races: Nestled in the Stilfserjoch National Park, it offers impressive mountain panoramas around the Ortler-Cevedale group. From 17 to 22 March 2026, athletes and spectators can look forward to World Cup races in the Individual, Mixed Relay and Sprint categories.
