The best accommodation we've ever experienced. Super child-friendly. The food is heavenly. Very clean and tidy. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at this family hotel for a week and can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness. The staff is attentive, always smiling, and ready to help in any situation, especially with the little ones. The hotel is truly family-friendly: spacious, spotlessly clean rooms equipped with every comfort, even for those traveling with small children (cribs, changing tables, bottle warmers, baby monitors, high chairs, bibs, and more). The real highlight is the indoor and outdoor play area: safe, colorful, and full of engaging activities for children. The restaurant offers a variety of tasty dishes, including special menus for children. The hotel's location is convenient, just steps from the ski lifts, perfect for hiking and biking with trails for all levels. In short, a stay that exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back!

A perfect family vacation – we'll be back! Our stay at this wonderful family hotel was simply fantastic! We received a warm welcome upon arrival and immediately felt welcome. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel made our vacation special from the very beginning. The hotel is in a great location – quiet, yet central enough for excursions in the surrounding area. The spacious pool area, ideal for both children and adults, is particularly noteworthy. Our children had a blast while we relaxed in the spa area. The wellness offerings were diverse and very professional – exactly what you want on vacation. Another highlight was the food: Every day we were treated to varied and delicious dishes. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner – everything was fresh, lovingly prepared, and also perfect for children. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful hotel with family management, friendly staff, and excellent food. The hotel is very clean. There are a few parking spaces on site, an underground garage, and additional parking spaces at the ecolodges within walking distance (about a 2-minute walk). The hotel is a children's/family hotel, so there are many children of various ages there – perfect for us and our 1-year-old. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owners are always willing to help and are always concerned about the well-being of their guests. Edeka has a small indoor pool and a simple sauna (unfortunately, we didn't have time to try it). The food (half board) was excellent. It's very close to the Oberholz and Oberwiese lifts, making it easy to reach the Latemar family hiking paradise.

Hotel Maria is truly fantastic! The ideal vacation for parents and children. Exquisite food, beautiful, cozy rooms, and extremely friendly staff. Practical for hiking, cycling, and trekking. The pools, spa, and balconies overlooking the pastures and the valley are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place, with a panoramic view, excellent service, and plenty of great activities, including a sauna and wellness center. Pool and pampering. I was enchanted. Excellent hotel! The Kofler family is professional, welcoming, and attentive to everything. Excellent and helpful staff, everyone, especially Jolty and Ernesto. Beatrice, the owner, is a pleasant person and always ready to offer advice on how to make the most of your holiday. And then the chef... speechless! We ate wonderfully from the first to the last day, and the refined dishes were delicious. They catered to my children's needs for starters and desserts, and everything. We were able to stay at the Maria Family Hotel last weekend. Shortly after arriving, we received an information email with a link to the Guestnet website, which contained useful information about the hotel and excursions. We stayed in the new Eco Lodges. The apartment was beautiful! We were two adults and one 4-year-old child. Since I was traveling with a good friend and my daughter, it was perfect that there were two large double beds and two separate bathrooms. The furnishings are of absolutely high quality, and the large balcony is a dream! The existing building is also very nicely and comfortably furnished. My daughter loved the playroom with its large selection of board games and the outdoor playground. The swimming pool with its large windows facing the mountains was perfect for us. We didn't take advantage of the children's program; three days were too short for that. The child-friendly amenities are particularly noteworthy: a children's sink in the bathroom, you can rent a stroller on site, a carrier, a baby sling, hiking poles, and much more! This makes traveling with a small car much easier! The chairlift to the Oberholz mountain station is right next door. The adventure trail was the perfect motivation for our child to hike! The trail wasn't too long for little feet. Breakfast and dinner were excellent!!! Coloring books and pencils were also available for the children. Our daughter was thrilled just by the many animals in the pasture right in front of the hotel :) it was the best entertainment for her during dinner. Upon departure, there was a surprise box for the children containing cookies, squeezable treats, drinks, a Pixie book, a sticker book, and much more. Our little one was very happy about it! She loves the Pixie book it included! Unfortunately, the three days went by too quickly; next time we'll stay longer! Thank you again for the friendly welcome!

For a family experience, they have thought of everything!

Wonderful hotel, with attention to the customer that makes the experience unforgettable. Excellent cuisine, with some memorable dishes, such as strigoli with game and chanterelles. The pool, although small, has wonderful powerful and absolutely silent hydromassages... and it is almost impossible to find silent hydromassages. Very nice sauna and relaxation room. The temperature of the pool, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area is always perfect, and this is also a rarity in my experience. We have been returning for years as regular customers.
