Camping Montiggl

The campsite is located in Montiggl, a hamlet of Eppan on the Wine Road, nestled in the picturesque Montiggl woods and just a short walk from the two famous lakes. The location guarantees peace, natural shade and direct contact with the Alpine-Mediterranean landscape of South Tyrol, amidst vineyards, footpaths, and nature trails. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the open air, far from traffic yet close to the area’s many attractions.

The 80 pitches are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with electricity, water and waste water connections, ideal for motorhomes, caravans, and tents. The campsite also features modern toilet facilities, a shop, a restaurant, a bar, and free Wi-Fi throughout the site. There are also 16 camper parking spaces, with access to the toilet facilities. At the heart of the campsite is a picturesque natural swimming pond with a relaxation area, perfect for cooling off on summer days. For children, there is a playground, table tennis and dedicated play areas surrounded by nature.

Numerous hiking and cycling trails start from the campsite, winding through the Montiggl woods and leading to the area’s swimming lakes. The Big Montiggl Lake offers a lido, swimming pool, water slide, SUP and pedalo hire, whilst Small Montiggl Lake offers a more peaceful and natural atmosphere. The surrounding area also features wineries, cycle paths and the centre of Eppan with its beautiful castles.
