Every Wednesday in July and August, St. Michael/Eppan offers a long shopping evening with entertaining programme for kids and adults. The shops in the picturesque centre of the village are open until 10 or 11 pm.
The Long Shopping Wednesdays in Eppan are a popular meeting point for locals and guests. Bands, street art and diverse associations create a unique atmosphere.
A special eye-catcher is the art-installation "hanging umbrellas": Colourful umbrellas float above the streets of St. Michael | Eppan and in the evenings, they illuminate the small town, creating a unique atmosphere.
