The Yoga Days South Tyrol have been created with the purpose to make yoga even more popular in this region. In autumn, the event will again take place at the Lumen Museum on Mt. Kronplatz, directly on the top at 2,275 m above sea level.
On 19 and 20 September 2026, a varied programme awaits the participants, including different types of yoga classes and workshops.
From Vinyasa Yoga to Healing Kundalini Yoga, from Mantra Chanting to meditations, there are diverse highlights on this weekend.
Vegetarian & vegan lunch dishes can be purchased flexibly on site. A visit to the extraordinary Lumen Museum is also recommended.
Information & tickets
Tickets will be available directly from the Yoga Days website (website in German). The ascent and descent with the cable car from Reischach are included in the ticket price.
