Opis trasy

Z Anterselva (1 124 m n.p.m.) przez most drogowy nad potokiem Talbach i w lewo wąską drogą do gospodarstw Rauterhöfe. Stąd należy podążać szlakiem nr 31/36 szeroką leśną ścieżką aż do rozwidlenia. Następnie w lewo ścieżką nr 36 do Niedertaler Ochsenalm (2 150 m n.p.m.). Dalej szlakiem nr 36 przez alpejskie pastwiska do Ampertörl (2 413 m, przejście do Casies).

Podążaj za oznaczeniami w prawo, stromo, ale nietrudno, aż do szczytu (2 687 m).

Powrót jak na trasie wyjściowej.
