Via ferrata Masaré-Rotwand
Via ferrata Masaré-Rotwand prowadzi przez wyjątkowy obszar Catinaccio-Latemar i nie jest zbyt trudna. Chociaż wycieczka trwa około 7 godzin, jest klasyfikowana jako umiarkowanie trudna. Jeśli więc chcesz zmierzyć się z tą via ferratą, powinieneś być w dobrej kondycji fizycznej.
Opis trasy:
Miejscem wycieczki górskiej jest przełęcz Karer w Dolomitach. Wjedź wyciągiem krzesełkowym Paolina do Rifugio o tej samej nazwie. Następnie szlakiem 549 do schroniska Rotwandhütte na wysokości 2280 m. Podążaj za znakami do via ferraty. Jest ona dobrze zabezpieczona i stosunkowo krótka. Po 1 godzinie dociera się do Punta Masaré (2 727 m n.p.m.). Tutaj trasa prowadzi przez skały i nadal jest zabezpieczona, aż do szczytu Rotwand, skąd można podziwiać wspaniały widok na okoliczne góry.
Powrót przez zabezpieczoną północną grań do Passo Vajolon. Dalej szlakiem 551 do szlaku 549, który prowadzi wspinaczy z powrotem do Passo Paolina.
