Tourismusverein Bruneck Kronplatz - Harald WisthalerMMM Corones na płaskowyżu szczytu Plan de Corones (2 275 m n.p.m.) zostało zaprojektowane przez Zahę Hadid. Nowoczesny budynek harmonijnie wtapia się w górski krajobraz, a także oferuje wyjątkowe widoki - od Dolomitów po Alpy Zillertalskie. Nazwa muzeum nawiązuje do ladyńskiej nazwy Plan de Corones: Plan de Corones.
Wystawa i widok
W Messner Mountain Museum Corones Reinhold Messner koncentruje się na tradycyjnym alpinizmie i historii Alp. Dzieła sztuki, sprzęt i cytaty opowiadają o wielkich osobowościach, a także o triumfach i tragediach na najsłynniejszych górach świata.
Tuż poniżej płaskowyżu znajduje się kolejne muzeum: Lumen - Muzeum Fotografii Górskiej. Inne południowotyrolskie lokalizacje projektu Messner Mountain Museum znajdują się na zamku Brunico, zamku Juval, zamku Sigmundskron i w Solda.
Przejażdżka gondolą lub wędrówka
Z San Vigilio, Riscone lub Valdaory dostępne są różne połączenia kolejką lin ową bezpośrednio na szczyt wspaniałej panoramicznej góry. Do MMM Corones można również dotrzeć pieszo. Wędrówka z San Vigilio, Riscone lub Valdaora zajmuje około 4-5 godzin.
