The adventure pond on Schwemmalm is the setting of an extraordinary South Tyrolean cooking event: Young chefs compete for the title “mountain chef unplugged” showing how creative they can be without electricity or gas.
On 23 June 2024, it will be again time of Mountain chef unplugged. On Schwemmalm above Kuppelwies in Ulten, 5 young cooks give their very best using wood stoves creating innovative dishes of South Tyrolean quality products in the open air and without electricity.
Who is most good to enthuse the jury’s trained tastes, will win the cooking competition and be awarded with the title “mountain chef unplugged”. See, be amazed and taste – all visitors are offered small delights of the prepared dishes as well.
