Przepis

Składniki dla 4 osób:

  • 300 g ciasta francuskiego lub 400 g ciasta kruchego
  • 100 g szynki (nie wędzonej)
  • 200 g liści szpinaku
  • 100 g sera Emmental
  • 400 g szparagów Terlano, obranych i wstępnie ugotowanych
  • 1 żółtko do panierki

Przygotowanie:

Rozwałkować ciasto, ułożyć na nim kolejno szynkę, ser i liście szpinaku, na środku ułożyć ugotowane wcześniej szparagi, złożyć strudel i posmarować żółtkiem.

Piec w rozgrzanym piekarniku przez 10 do 20 minut w wysokiej temperaturze (maks. 250°C) i podawać z sosem holenderskim.
